本实用新型提供了一种细胞培养瓶结构,其使得一个底盒、一个上盖之间设置有多层的细胞培养空间,使得制造成本低、细胞培养空间的效益高。其包括底盒、上盖,所述上盖开有进口,其特征在于:所述底盒、上盖之间设置有至少一层中盒,所述上盖的下端外缘凸起嵌装于最上一层的所述中盒的上端外缘密封槽内,上层的所述中盒的下端外缘凸起嵌装于其相邻下一层的所述中盒的上端外缘密封槽内,最下一层的所述中盒的下端外缘凸起嵌装于所述底盒的上端外缘密封槽内,所述中盒的底部设置有隔板,所述隔板延伸至靠近所述进口的一侧设置有纵向挡条,所述纵向挡条的高度小于所述中盒的高度;所述中盒的尾部一端设置有连通孔,所述连通孔的高度小于所述中盒的高度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及细胞培养装置的技术领域,具体为一种细胞培养瓶结构。
背景技术
现有的细胞培养瓶,其包括一个底盒、一个上盖,即一个细胞培养瓶只能设置一层的细胞培养空间,当需要培养大量的细胞时,需要多个细胞培养瓶,进而导致多个底盒对应多个上盖组成多个细胞培养空间,其使得制造成本高,且细胞培养空间不能够产生最大的利用率,使得细胞培养空间效益低。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种细胞培养瓶结构,其使得一个底盒、一个上盖之间设置有多层的细胞培养空间,使得制造成本低、细胞培养空间的效益高。
一种细胞培养瓶结构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括底盒、上盖,所述上盖开有进口,其特征在于:所述底盒、上盖之间设置有至少一层中盒,所述上盖的下端外缘凸起嵌装于最上一层的所述中盒的上端外缘密封槽内,上层的所述中盒的下端外缘凸起嵌装于其相邻下一层的所述中盒的上端外缘密封槽内,最下一层的所述中盒的下端外缘凸起嵌装于所述底盒的上端外缘密封槽内,所述中盒的底部设置有隔板,所述隔板延伸至靠近所述进口的一侧设置有纵向挡条,所述纵向挡条的高度小于所述中盒的高度;所述中盒的尾部一端设置有连通孔,所述连通孔的高度小于所述中盒的高度,所述连通孔连通其下一层的空腔。
其进一步特征在于:所述上盖的上表面为引流板,所述引流板将所述进口的培养液引流至最上一层的所述中盒的尾部;
纵向放置时的所述底盒上设置有自下而上的容量刻度;
所述上盖的下端外缘凸起嵌装于最上一层的所述中盒的上端外缘密封槽后通过超声波焊接密封连接;
上层的所述中盒的下端外缘凸起嵌装于其相邻下一层的所述中盒的上端外缘密封槽内后通过超声波焊接密封连接;
最下一层的所述中盒的下端外缘凸起嵌装于所述底盒的上端外缘密封槽内后通过超声波焊接密封连接。
使用本实用新型的结构后,由于底盒、上盖之间设置有至少一层中盒,且中盒的底部设置有隔板,隔板延伸至靠近所述进口的一侧设置有纵向挡条,其假设有N层中盒,则使得底盒、上盖之间被划分成(N+1)个细胞培养空间,其使得一个底盒、一个上盖之间设置有多层的细胞培养空间,使得制造成本低、细胞培养空间的效益高。

具体实施方式
见图1-8,其包括底盒1、上盖2,上盖2开有进口3,底盒1、上盖2之间设置有至少一层中盒4,上盖2的下端外缘凸起5嵌装于最上一层的中盒4的上端外缘密封槽6内、并通过超声波焊接密封连接,上层的中盒4的下端外缘凸起5嵌装于其相邻下一层的中盒4的上端外缘密封槽6内、通过超声波焊接密封连接,最下一层的中盒4的下端外缘凸起5嵌装于底盒1的上端外缘密封槽6内、通过超声波焊接密封连接,中盒4的底部设置有隔板8,隔板8延伸至靠近进口3的一侧设置有纵向挡条9,纵向挡条9的高度小于中盒4的高度;
中盒4的尾部一端设置有连通孔10,连通孔10的高度小于中盒4的高度,连通孔10连通其下一层的空腔。
上盖2的上表面为引流板11,引流板11将进口3的培养液引流至最上一层的中盒4的尾部;
纵向放置时的底盒1上设置有自下而上的容量刻度12。图8中,7为超声波焊缝。
其工作原理如下:
将细胞培养瓶纵向放置,通过进口3输入细胞培养液,细胞培养液顺着引流板11引流至最上一层的中盒4的尾部,由于中盒4的尾部一端设置有连通孔10,连通孔10的高度小于中盒4的高度,连通孔10连通其下一层的空腔,导致各层空腔的液体高度一致,通过容量刻度12观察,达到一定刻度后停止输入,用盖子13盖住进口12,之后将细胞培养瓶横向放置,细胞培养液就平均地分布在每层的空腔内。

Claims (6)

1.一种细胞培养瓶结构,其包括底盒、上盖,所述上盖开有进口,其特征在于:所述底盒、上盖之间设置有至少一层中盒,所述上盖的下端外缘凸起嵌装于最上一层的所述中盒的上端外缘密封槽内,上层的所述中盒的下端外缘凸起嵌装于其相邻下一层的所述中盒的上端外缘密封槽内,最下一层的所述中盒的下端外缘凸起嵌装于所述底盒的上端外缘密封槽内,所述中盒的底部设置有隔板,所述隔板延伸至靠近所述进口的一侧设置有纵向挡条,所述纵向挡条的高度小于所述中盒的高度;所述中盒的尾部一端设置有连通孔,所述连通孔的高度小于所述中盒的高度,所述连通孔连通其下一层的空腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种细胞培养瓶结构,其特征在于:所述上盖的上表面为引流板,所述引流板将所述进口的培养液引流至最上一层的所述中盒的尾部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种细胞培养瓶结构,其特征在于:纵向放置时的所述底盒上设置有自下而上的容量刻度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种细胞培养瓶结构,其特征在于:所述上盖的下端外缘凸起嵌装于最上一层的所述中盒的上端外缘密封槽后通过超声波焊接密封连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种细胞培养瓶结构,其特征在于:上层的所述中盒的下端外缘凸起嵌装于其相邻下一层的所述中盒的上端外缘密封槽内后通过超声波焊接密封连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种细胞培养瓶结构,其特征在于:最下一层的所述中盒的下端外缘凸起嵌装于所述底盒的上端外缘密封槽内后通过超声波焊接密封连接。
