背景技术
目前市场上现有的LED照明灯泡都是厚实的铝质灯体兼做散热器用,且是铝白色或浅色装饰色,虽然美观但是散热效果差,散热成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种散热效果好,散热成本低的LED照明灯泡。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的LED照明灯泡包括有灯头和塑料灯体,铝基板的LED发光板,恒流供电器以及透光灯罩,所述的LED照明灯泡的铝质散热器与LED发光板的铝基板的接触面积等于或大于铝基板面积的70%,且他们的接触面涂压有导热硅胶;散热器做成基面是平板薄片,其上垂直排布有4片以上散热薄片,散热器的表面均做成黑色。
由于本实用新型LED照明灯泡的铝散热器基面与LED发光板的铝基板面接触,接触面积等于或大于铝基板面积的70%,且接触面涂压有导热硅胶,使得热传导的热阻降到很低,热传导效率很高,散热器的基面和其上面的散热片均为薄片,加大了热辐射散热和空气对流散热的面积从而使散热效果大为提高,因而在散热器散热效率一定的条件下,散热器的质量可大为减少,加上散热器表面做成黑色使得热辐射散热的效率远大于铝本色或浅色,三项合一,提高了LED照明灯泡的散热效果,LED发光板的温升低同时减小了散热器的质量,从而实现了散热效果好,散热成本低的目的。

具体实施方式
如图所示,灯头1与灯体2固定结合为一体,正方形铝基板LED发光板3固定安装在灯体2下部,正方形铝质黑色LED散热器4安装在LED发光板3的上部,且与LED发光板3的接触面积等于LED发光板3的面积,透光灯罩5固定安装在灯体2上处于LED发光板3的下方,恒流供电器6的进线接灯头1,出线接LED发光板3。

1.本实用新型的LED照明灯泡包括有灯头(1)和塑料灯体(2),铝基板的LED发光板(3),恒流供电器(6),以及透光灯罩(5),其特征是:LED照明灯泡的铝质散热器(4)与LED发光板(3)的铝基板的接触面积等于或大于铝基板面积的70%,且他们的接触面涂压有导热硅胶;散热器(4)做成基面是平板薄片,其上垂直排布有4片以上散热薄片,散热器(4)的表面均做成黑色。
