本实用新型涉及一种接头,尤其涉及一种给水双螺纹接头。 
背景技术
在PVC给水管材施工过程中为及时连接两段90°外螺纹接头,最节约时间的方式为能有两端均带有内螺纹的90°弯头,因PVC材料较硬,刚好能满足要求,但已有的螺纹接头结构简单,其螺纹的内径与管壁内径相当,在使用过程中,螺纹配合不紧密出现泄漏的问题,同时在折弯处的强度不够,承受压力小,使用寿命短,不能满足使用要求。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了弥补已有技术的不足,提供了一种给水双螺纹接头,其结构设计合理,在使用过程中,不会出现螺纹配合不紧密出现泄漏的问题,同时避免了折弯处的强度不够,承受压力小,使用寿命短等问题。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 
一种给水双螺纹接头,包括有呈90°弯折的PVC弯管,其特征在于:所述PVC弯管的水平和竖直两端口分别设有内螺纹,所述内螺纹的内径大于PVC弯管的内直径,所述PVC弯管内侧的水平和竖直段之间设有加强筋。
所述的PVC弯管内侧的水平和竖直段两端的端部分别设有向外的凸出的环形凸台,所述环形凸台上分布有安装孔。 
所述的加强筋为三角形加强板,其两端分别与PVC弯管内侧的水平和竖直段焊接为一体。 
其原理是:因PVC材料较硬,刚好能满足要求,同时配合弯管内螺纹的内径大于PVC弯管的内直径,弯管内侧的水平和竖直段之间设有加强筋,避免出现螺纹配合不紧密出现泄漏的问题,同时加强了折弯处的强度,增强了使用寿命,扩大了本产品的应用范围,可用于所有给水管道系统。

1.一种给水双螺纹接头,包括有呈90°弯折的PVC弯管,其特征在于:所述PVC弯管的水平和竖直两端口分别设有内螺纹,所述内螺纹的内径大于PVC弯管的内直径,所述PVC弯管内侧的水平和竖直段之间设有加强筋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的给水双螺纹接头,其特征在于:PVC弯管内侧的水平和竖直段两端的端部分别设有向外的凸出的环形凸台,所述环形凸台上分布有安装孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的给水双螺纹接头,其特征在于:所述的加强筋为三角形加强板,其两端分别与PVC弯管内侧的水平和竖直段焊接为一体。
