技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种市政工程设施,具体是排水管道的检查井。 
背景技术
近年来,传统的砖砌井已逐步被塑胶检查井所取代;塑胶检查井以其密封性能好,能有效防止污水渗漏、保护地下水源,内壁光滑流畅、摩擦系数小、排水性能出色,以及使用寿命长和施工方便等诸多优点,普遍在城乡得到了推广应用。
塑胶检查井通常竖直布置在地面以下,井底距地面为2-3米;其井身1为圆柱形且顶端为敞口的井口,井口部位用于插接竖直布置的井筒,井筒的顶端配有井盖(图中井筒及井盖均省略);井身的圆周面上制有若干个连接排水管用的接口。由于井筒重力以及通过井筒顶端的井盖传递的车辆压力均由井口部位承担,因而现有的井口容易变形;这不仅降低了检查井的密封性能,还影响了检查井的使用寿命。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述背景技术中的不足,提供一种塑胶检查井的改进,该塑胶检查井的井口应具有机械强度高、使用寿命长以及结构简单的特点,并且有利于环境保护。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:高强度塑胶检查井,包括竖直布置的圆柱形井身,且井身顶端为敞口结构的井口,井身的圆周面上制有若干个连接排水管用的接口;其特征在于所述井口的外圆周表面制有网格状布置的多条加强筋。
所述加强筋与井口外圆周面的母线呈45度角布置,以形成所述的网格状。
所述井身的外圆周表面制有纵横交错的加强筋。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于检查井井口的外表面增制了网格状布置的多条加强筋,所以井口的机械强度以及刚度得到了显著的提高;这不仅确保了检查井的密封性能,进而有效地保护了环境(保护了地下水资源),检查井的使用寿命还得到成倍提高。经“外水压试验”、“轴向静荷载试验”以及“抗冲击性能试验”证明,该检查井达到了“市政,建筑小区”排水用塑料检查井国家行业标准。另外,由于加强筋的结构简单,常规的注塑加工很容易实现,所以制作成本变化不大。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图,对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示的高强度塑胶检查井,通常竖直布置在地面以下,井底5距地面为2-3米;其井身1为圆柱形的壳体,且顶端为敞口结构的井口3(井口部位用于连接竖直布置的井筒,井筒的顶端配有井盖;图中井筒及井盖均省略);井身的圆周面上制有若干个连接排水管用的接口2;这些结构均与现有的塑胶检查井结构相同。
本实用新型的改进是在该检查井井口的外圆周表面制有多条网格状布置的加强筋3-1(如图1所示);所述的每条加强筋均与井口外圆周面的母线呈45度角布置(相邻的两条加强筋平行布置),由此形成了所述的网格状。
同理,所述井身的外圆周表面制有纵横交错的加强筋(即井身加强筋1-1);其中,相邻的两条加强筋也平行布置。
上述加强筋与检查井的井身、井口作为一个整体同时通过注塑形成。
所述加强筋的形状(横截面形状)、数量均可根据需要确定;推荐值为:加强筋横截面的宽度为10-30mm,高度为10-30mm。
此外,由图可知:井底的外表面也制有加强筋;以进一步提高检查井的机械强度。

1.高强度塑胶检查井,包括竖直布置的圆柱形井身(1),且井身顶端为敞口结构的井口,井身的圆周面上制有若干个连接排水管用的接口(2);其特征在于所述井口的外圆周表面制有网格状布置的多条加强筋(3-1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度塑胶检查井,其特征在于:所述加强筋与井口外圆周面的母线呈45度角布置,以形成所述的网格状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高强度塑胶检查井,其特征在于:所述井身的外圆周表面制有纵横交错的加强筋。
