本实用新型主要用于摆放切割机锯片，具体涉及一种立式插放式锯片架。
背景技术
目前，直径为1200mm-1680mm的大锯片都是摞起来摆放，这种方法非常不便于取放压在中间的锯片，同时底部的锯片受压，会造成锯片变形，影响使用，严重的还会造成锯切时锯片崩裂。
发明内容
为了防止锯片之间叠压造成损坏，本实用新型提供一种立式插放式锯片架。
本实用新型由前板、后板、顶板、底板和隔板组成，前板和隔板上设置放置锯片的凹槽，后板上设置挂钩，底板上设置前支腿和后支腿，前支腿高于后支腿50mm。
本实用新型方便了操作工取用锯片架上任何一个锯片，同时不会对锯片造成物理性伤害，也方便了操作工取用，节约了换锯片的时间。

具体实施方式
图1、图2所示，本实用新型由前板2、后板、顶板、底板和隔板3组成，前板2和隔板3上均设置放置锯片的凹槽6，后板上设置挂钩1，底板上设置前支腿4和后支腿5，前支腿4高于后支腿50mm，前板与底板之间成60度夹角，隔板3焊接在前板2和底板上。
本实用新型的前板2、后板、顶板、底板和隔板3的材料采用10mm厚的钢板；前支腿4和后支腿5采用槽钢。

1.一种立式插放式锯片架，其特征是由前板、后板、顶板、底板和隔板组成，前板和隔板上设置放置锯片的凹槽，后板上设置挂钩，底板上设置前支腿和后支腿，前支腿高于后支腿50mm。
