背景技术：
目前轧钢厂普遍使用的45度高速无扭线材精轧机自动报警碎断装置是由一根报警用的细鱼线，俗称“掉鱼线”来控制自动碎断。即：在精轧机内与轧制线平行拉一根细鱼线，一头固定，一头栓在重捶上。这样精轧机内发生跑钢，红钢就会烧断鱼线，重捶落下，发出信号，立即启动剪机碎断来料。但实际生产中，有的时候烧断鱼线的时间过长，导致轧机内堆出的废钢过多，处理起来相当麻烦，也增大了辊环炸裂的几率，解决这一问题已成为急需。

克服现有技术的不足，设计一种可提高自动碎断系统报警的敏感度的线材精轧机双鱼线控制报警碎断装置。线材精轧机双鱼线控制报警碎断装置是在精轧机内部拉两条鱼线，两条鱼线栓在同一个重捶上。本实用新型在比现有技术增加一条鱼线，使红钢烧断鱼线的几率提高一倍，从而提高自动碎断的敏感度，降低了鱼线烧断时间过长带来的危害。
