Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种渐变磁形永磁动力机。使用时,将转子装配在定子中心后,转子旋转,直到磁体完全退磁。传统的内燃机燃烧碳基燃料产生高温高压气体推动气缸做功将化学能转化为机械能,电机采用通电导体在磁场中产生力驱动转子做功,将电能转化为机械能。与这些动力方式相比,本实用新型对传统的动力方式是一个极大的改进,不消耗油、电等能源,无污染,将转子中嵌入的永磁体放入到定子产生的磁场所储存的势能作为能源,能够持续地提供动力。

技术领域
本发明属于永磁领域,涉及一种永磁驱动的发动机。 
背景技术
传统的内燃机燃烧碳基燃料产生高温高压气体推动气缸做功将化学能转化为机械能,电机采用通电导体在磁场中产生力驱动转子做功,将电能转化为机械能。与这些动力方式相比,本发明对传统的动力方式是一个极大的改进,不消耗油、电等能源,无污染,将转子中嵌入的永磁体放入到定子,永磁体所储存的磁能作为能源,能够持续地提供动力。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种永磁驱动的发动机。 
本发明的技术方案是: 
转子(2)采用软磁材料,在轴向分三层,每层分别嵌入转子永磁体Ⅰ(1)、转子永磁体Ⅱ(5)、转子永磁体Ⅲ(6),各转子永磁体的N极分别指向轴心,其截面由一条直线和两条弧线围成,其径向的宽度沿顺时针方向逐渐减小至零,以最宽处为前端,以最窄处为末端,各转子永磁体的末端分别与其相邻的转子永磁体的前端在径向上重叠,定子(4)套在转子的外侧。 
定子与转子同心设置,并在圆周方向嵌入定子永磁体(3)八片,定子永磁体(3)的N极指向轴心。 
定子(4)在定子永磁体(3)的作用下产生恒定的磁场,转子(2)在放入定子中心,转子永磁体(1,5,6)和定子永磁体(3)在磁化的过程中储存了一定的磁能,在磁场力的驱动下,转子(2)开始转动,将磁力势能转化为动能。 
本发明的优点是:与传统的动力方式比较,该动力系统不消耗化学燃料,也不需要输入电,没有任何污染,只要将转子嵌入到定子中就能够提供持续的动力。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步的说明。 
1. 转子(2)采用软磁材料,在轴向分三层,每层分别嵌入转子永磁体(1,5,6),转子永磁体(1,5,6)的N极指向轴心,其截面的边界由一条直线和两条弧线组成,定子(4)套在转子的外侧。 
2. 与转子同心设置,并在圆周方向嵌入定子永磁体(3)八片,定子永磁体(3)的N极指向轴心。 
定子(4)在定子永磁体(3)的作用下产生恒定的磁场,转子(2)在放入定子中心,转子永磁体(1,5,6)和定子永磁体(3)在磁化的过程中储存了一定的磁能,在磁场力的驱动下,转子(2)开始转动,将磁力势能转化为动能。

1.一种渐变磁形永磁动力机,其特征在于:转子(2)采用软磁材料,在轴向分三层,每层分别嵌入转子永磁体Ⅰ(1)、转子永磁体Ⅱ(5)、转子永磁体Ⅲ(6),各转子永磁体的N极分别指向轴心,其截面由一条直线和两条弧线围成,其径向的宽度沿顺时针方向逐渐减小至零,以最宽处为前端,以最窄处为末端,各转子永磁体的末端分别与其相邻的转子永磁体的前端在径向上重叠,定子(4)套在转子的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种渐变磁形永磁动力机,其特征在于:定子与转子同心设置,并在圆周方向嵌入定子永磁体(3)八片,定子永磁体(3)的N极指向轴心。
