背景技术
现在国内电梯市场升降传动形式为：钢丝绳拉动电梯滑轮，使电梯轿厢上下反复运动。前几年德国发明了一种钢带传动形式：一种带锯齿形状的钢带拉动电梯铸铁钢带轮，使电梯轿厢上下反复运动，此种传动形式大大增强了电梯运动的稳定性，降低了电梯生产成本，将来也是国内电梯传动形式发展的必然趋势。但其存在一定的缺点：带锯齿形状的钢带与钢带铸铁轮传动会产生大量摩擦，导致钢带与铸铁钢带轮使用寿命变短。 
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提出一种可延长钢带与带轮使用寿命的电梯MC尼龙钢带轮。 
本实用新型包括MC尼龙轮体，在所述轮体表面间断地设置锯齿。 
本实用新型以设有锯齿的MC尼龙轮体表面与钢带锯齿相配合，让钢带与MC尼龙直接接触传动，可延长它们的使用寿命，同时进一步降低了成本。 
本实用新型的所述锯齿的夹角为90°。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，以MC尼龙通过浇注，形成MC尼龙轮体1，并在轮体1表面间断地设置五段锯齿2。各锯齿2的夹角为90°。
