背景技术
目前船厂车间流水线上普遍采用井架式电磁起重机搬运材料,现有的井字架主要由上井字架和下井字架构成,电磁起重机工作时上井字架和下井字架之间存在运动滑动,因此井字架磨损、变形现象严重,大大降低了井字架的使用寿命,经常发生故障,每次故障的维修费用昂贵,而且井字架制造安装复杂,停台时间长,发生故障后会导致整个流水线停台,严重影响生产,实际损失将更大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种流水线电磁吊井字架,其上井字架和下井字架之间的摩擦阻力大大降低,井字架不易磨损和发生变形,井字架的使用寿命得到了延长,并且降低了主升电机的无效功耗,节约了生产成本。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种流水线电磁吊井字架,它包括上井字架和下井字架,其特点是:所述下井字架顶部四个角上设置导轮I,所述导轮I与上井字架的四个竖梁I的内侧面相配合,所述上井字架底部四个角设置有导轮II,所述导轮II与下井字架的四个竖梁II的外侧面相配合。
