本实用新型由如下技术方案实施:节能铝棒加热炉,其包括加热炉主体,在所述加热炉主体的顶部设有回风风机,在所述加热炉主体的炉壁上设有三通的回风管道,所述回风风机的进风口与加热炉主体的排烟口连通,所述回风风机的进风口与所述回风管道一端连通;所述回风管道另两端分别置于所述加热炉主体前后两个燃烧室的底部。

具体实施方式:如图1所示,节能铝棒加热炉,其包括加热炉主体1,在加热炉主体1的顶部设有回风风机2,在加热炉主体1的炉壁上设有三通的回风管道3,回风风机2的进风口与加热炉主体1的排烟口连通,回风风机2的进风口与回风管道3一端连通;回风管道3另两端分别置于加热炉主体1前后两个燃烧室4的底部的水槽5上方。
工作原理:利用回风风机2和回风管道3,将燃烧室4内的煤未完全燃烧后燃烧产生CO和CO2混合气体,再次导回到炉膛与水槽5内产生的水蒸气接触,水蒸气经过高温后形成水分子,水分子含有一个氧原子和俩个氢原子,C经高温后和氧原子形成CO2,CO/H2俩种气体形成水煤气后混合燃烧,形成二次燃烧,以此过程循环作业,达到热处理能力高,节省能源,低污染,产品质量可靠的有益效果。
