Abstract
本实用新型提供一种注塑机过滤进料斗，包括进料斗，其特征在于：所述进料斗的尾端设有过滤装置，过滤装置由磁铁条组成，磁铁条与磁铁条之间形成一个磁铁架。本实用新型的优点在于：当塑料经过料斗时，如果塑料内含有铁屑，设计在进料斗内的磁铁架会将铁屑吸住，从而保护了料筒螺杆。

背景技术
在注塑料机的一个循环中，能在规定的时间内将一定数量的塑料加热塑化后，在一定的压力和速度下，通过螺杆将熔融塑料注入模具型腔中，注射结束后，对注射到模腔中的熔料保持定型。这些塑料必需无半点杂质，如果塑料中掺杂了铁屑会将料筒螺杆卡住，从而磨炸磨坏，造成设备损坏。综上所述急需一种具有过滤装置的进料斗。

本实用新型的目的就是克服现有技术中的不足，而提供一种过滤效果好的注塑机进料斗。

提供一种注塑机过滤进料斗，包括进料斗，其特征在于：所述进料斗的尾端设有过滤装置，过滤装置由磁铁条组成，磁铁条与磁铁条之间形成一个磁铁架。
本实用新型的优点在于：当塑料经过料斗时，如果塑料内含有铁屑，设计在进料斗内的磁铁架会将铁屑吸住，从而保护了料筒螺杆。
