本实用新型涉及一种大功率用电器散热器,具体的说是一种可以迅速散热的散热器。 
背景技术
随着社会的进步,家庭中的用电设施越来越多,其中不乏一些功率很大的用电设施,使得一些用电器在工作时会产生大量的热量,如果这些热量不及时散出就会对用电器造成很大的伤害。因此对用电器进行保护,就需要使用散热器,常规的散热器采用的是铜质的散热片导热,之后进行吹动散热,这样的话,散热功率很小,用电器在产生大量热量时会有散热不及时的弊端,会对用电器产生严重伤害。 
发明内容
为了解决这样的问题,本实用新型采用的是一种多空的铜质导热片,用来传输用电器产生的热量,一个高转速的排热风扇。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:制造一个圆形的散热片,在散热片中分布一种薄薄的铜质片,均匀的分散,围成一个圆柱形的散热体,通过铜质散热片优良的导热性,将用电器产生的热量散发到空气中,然后通过高转速的风扇将产生的热空气抽去,由散热铜片构成的散热装置上安装散热风扇构成其主体。从而达到散热目的。 本散热器改良了之前散热器使用只用一个导热片的弊端,采用多导热片的构造,可以达到快速散热的目的,从而避免用电器在使用时散热不良导致的熔毁的后果。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:可以十分方便的降低用电器的温度,使得用电器的寿命可以大大增长。可以在大功率用电器上广泛安装。

具体实施方式
   在制造时,先制造一个可固定散热铜片的装置,然后把铜片固定在这个装置上,均匀的固定好,之后再把外部需要的形状外壳固定好,最后安装散热风扇即可。

1.一种大功率用电器散热器,包括:散热铜片,散热风扇,其特征是:由散热铜片构成的散热装置上安装散热风扇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散热器,其特征是:所有散热片都是采用铜质的材料制成,散热性能极佳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的散热器,其特征是:所有散热铜片固定好之后整体呈圆柱形构造。
