本实用新型公开了一种防护型铅酸蓄电池,包括蓄电池本体和设置于蓄电池本体上的顶盖,其蓄电池本体内部设置有若干个相邻的长方形内槽,长方形内槽通过隔板隔开,蓄电池本体上边沿设置有凸台;所述顶盖包括中盖和上盖,中盖下边沿设置有与凸台相配合的凹槽,中盖上设置有若干与长方形内槽的位置相对应的注液孔,注液孔侧面设置有液体循环槽;所述上盖上设置有小型防滑帽。本实用新型在小型铅酸蓄电池化成后的冲洗和静置过程中,小型防滑帽在电池阀口上对阀口进行密封,由于该防滑帽为联体式,电池内部产生的气体不会使该防滑帽弹起脱落,避免电池极板接触空气而影响电池性能,又避免防滑帽的污损及其对开阀压力控制效果的改变。

本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池,尤其是涉及一种防护型铅酸蓄电池,属于能源领域。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池行业内,小型阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池化成后需要用清水将表面的酸或其他污物进行冲洗,随后静置,为了防止污水及其它异物在冲洗及静置过程中进入电池内部,需要一种工装将电池阀口进行密封。目前行业内均采用圆筒状胶帽来完成冲洗和静置过程中对电池阀口的密封。由于现有圆筒状胶帽为单体胶帽且内径与阀口外径的过盈量很小,这样在静置过程中,内部产生大量气体会使单体胶帽弹起脱落,致使电池内部极板直接与空气接触而影响电池性能,而且单体胶帽如果弹起掉落在地面上,易被污染及辗压变形损坏,同时影响胶帽所严格控制的开闭阀压力,因而不能重复使用。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种防护型铅酸蓄电池,成本低廉,对小型铅酸蓄电池化成后起到有效防护作用,使用效果好,可以确保蓄电池质量稳定的效果,安全实用。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案是,一种防护型铅酸蓄电池,包括蓄电池本体和设置于蓄电池本体上的顶盖,其蓄电池本体内部设置有若干个相邻的长方形内槽,长方形内槽通过隔板隔开,蓄电池本体上边沿设置有凸台;所述顶盖包括中盖和上盖,中盖下边沿设置有与凸台相配合的凹槽,中盖上设置有若干与长方形内槽的位置相对应的注液孔,注液孔侧面设置有液体循环槽;所述中盖和上盖之间设置有防漏胶垫;所述上盖上设置有小型防滑帽。
优化的,上述防护型铅酸蓄电池,其小型防护帽由若干个筒形橡胶体底部连接而成,筒形橡胶体的高度一致,筒形橡胶体的中心线相互平行,筒形橡胶体的位置与注液孔相对应。
优化的,上述防护型铅酸蓄电池,其凹槽内设置有密封垫。
本实用新型在小型铅酸蓄电池化成后的冲洗和静置过程中,小型防滑帽在电池阀口上对阀口进行密封,由于该防滑帽为联体式,电池内部产生的气体不会使该防滑帽弹起脱落,避免电池极板接触空气而影响电池性能,又避免防滑帽的污损及其对开阀压力控制效果的改变。

如图1、图2和图3所示,本实用新型为一种防护型铅酸蓄电池,包括蓄电池本体1和设置于蓄电池本体1上的顶盖2,其蓄电池本体1内部设置有若干个相邻的长方形内槽11,长方形内槽11通过隔板12隔开,蓄电池本体1上边沿设置有凸台13;所述顶盖2包括中盖21和上盖22,中盖21下边沿设置有与凸台13相配合的凹槽23,中盖21上设置有若干与长方形内槽11的位置相对应的注液孔24,注液孔24侧面设置有液体循环槽25;所述中盖21和上盖22之间设置有防漏胶垫3;所述上盖22上设置有小型防滑帽4。小型防护帽4由若干个筒形橡胶体41底部连接而成,筒形橡胶体41的高度一致,筒形橡胶体41的中心线相互平行,筒形橡胶体41的位置与注液孔24相对应。凹槽23内设置有密封垫5。
本实用新型在小型铅酸蓄电池化成后的冲洗和静置过程中,小型防滑帽在电池阀口上对阀口进行密封,由于该防滑帽为联体式,电池内部产生的气体不会使该防滑帽弹起脱落,避免电池极板接触空气而影响电池性能,又避免防滑帽的污损及其对开阀压力控制效果的改变。

1.一种防护型铅酸蓄电池,包括蓄电池本体和设置于蓄电池本体上的顶盖,其特征在于:所述蓄电池本体内部设置有若干个相邻的长方形内槽,长方形内槽通过隔板隔开,蓄电池本体上边沿设置有凸台;所述顶盖包括中盖和上盖,中盖下边沿设置有与凸台相配合的凹槽,中盖上设置有若干与长方形内槽的位置相对应的注液孔,注液孔侧面设置有液体循环槽;所述中盖和上盖之间设置有防漏胶垫;所述上盖上设置有小型防滑帽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防护型铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:所述小型防护帽由若干个筒形橡胶体底部连接而成,筒形橡胶体的高度一致,筒形橡胶体的中心线相互平行,筒形橡胶体的位置与注液孔相对应。
