背景技术
目前，制作断桥铝门多采用断桥铝窗结构，在型材断面外形尺寸上有所加大，做成断桥铝门型材，此型材结构的局限是仅适合制作成合页门，只能向室外或室内开启，对于那种需要安装地弹簧，对强度有要求，并能实现开启90°后定位的门体，则很难实现。另外由于型材结构的原因，其外露断面不是一个平面，很容易积聚灰尘，影响美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型断桥铝隔热门的型材结构，提高强度，使其能够实现室内外双向开启，并且外观平整、密封良好，避免积存灰尘。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种新型断桥铝隔热门的型材结构，包括室内侧铝型材、室外侧铝型材和密封毛条，室内侧铝型材和室外侧铝型材之间通过两条平行设置的尼龙隔热条连接在一起，构成门体竖框，断面型材扣边通过弹性的卡槽连接于室内侧铝型材和室外侧铝型材的一侧的槽口内。
所述断面型材扣边为纵向对称分体结构，两片断面型材扣边通过尼龙隔热条相连成一体，断面型材扣边的外侧镶有密封毛条。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：提高了门体型材框架的强度，使其能够实现向室内和室外双向开启，并且门体竖框外观平整美观、密封良好，避免积存灰尘，易于保洁。

见图1，是本实用新型一种新型断桥铝隔热门的型材中竖框结构实施例结构示意图，包括室内侧铝型材1和室外侧铝型材5，为了满足保温要求，室内侧铝型材1和室外侧铝型材2之间通过两条平行设置的尼龙隔热条一3连接在一起，构成门体竖框，断面型材扣边4通过弹性的卡槽连接于室内侧铝型材1和室外侧铝型材5的一侧的槽口内。
断面型材扣边4为纵向对称分体结构，两片断面型材扣边通过尼龙隔热条二6相连成一体，断面型材扣边4的外侧镶有密封毛条2。
见图2，是本实用新型一种新型断桥铝隔热门的型材结构中横框实施例结构示意图，由于横框的外观处不明显，所以横框上不设断面型材扣边，只在室内侧铝型材1和室外侧铝型材5的外侧镶嵌密封毛条2。

1.一种新型断桥铝隔热门的型材结构，包括室内侧铝型材、室外侧铝型材和密封毛条，其特征在于，室内侧铝型材和室外侧铝型材之间通过两条平行设置的尼龙隔热条连接在一起，构成门体竖框，断面型材扣边通过弹性的卡槽连接于室内侧铝型材和室外侧铝型材的一侧的槽口内。
