Abstract

一种车辆油箱防窜油装置，由油箱、加油管、防窜油板、呼吸器组成，油箱顶部的加油管连接呼吸器，加油管的内壁上交错层叠地排列有防窜油板。由于本实用新型采用上述结构，该装置在车辆颠簸行走时，防止了油箱内的油向上窜油，避免了油液的浪费，消除了溢油所造成的安全隐患，同时也提高了车辆的整洁性。

本实用新型涉及一种车辆油箱的节油装置。
背景技术
目前，车辆油箱的加油口直接与呼吸器相连接，当车辆颠簸行走时，油箱中的油液上窜，容易通过呼吸器溢出，存在着安全隐患，并造成油液的浪费同时也影响车辆的整洁。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种节油、安全的车辆油箱防窜油装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：由油箱、加油管、防窜油板、呼吸器组成，油箱顶部的加油管连接呼吸器，加油管的内壁上交错层叠地排列有防窜油板。
由于本实用新型采用上述结构，该装置在车辆颠簸行走时，防止了油箱内的油向上窜油，避免了油液的浪费，消除了溢油所造成的安全隐患，同时也提高了车辆的整洁性。

具体实施方式
实施例：该装置由油箱1、加油管2、防窜油板3、呼吸器4组成，油箱1顶部的加油管2连接呼吸器4，加油管2的内壁上交错层叠地排列有防窜油板3。
加油管2焊接在油箱1的上表面，并与呼吸器4连接，呼吸器4也可用空滤器代替，多个防窜油板3交错层叠布置在加油管2中，并构成防窜油迷宫。
当车辆在颠簸行走时，油箱1中的油液上窜至加油管2中，由于加油管2中布置有多个防窜油板3，防窜油板3交错层叠布置并构成防窜油迷宫，防止油液上窜通过呼吸器4溢出，达到防窜油的目的。
