技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种水冷装置，尤其是涉及一种立式车床的水冷装置。
背景技术
目前在机械加工中，水冷工艺为保证加工精度、提高加工效率、降低加工刀具损耗等效果明显，水冷机构在车床加工中应用普遍。然而目前由于立式机床的特殊结构，目前还没有一种适合立式车床的特点，能彻底解决立式车床水冷问题的水冷装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种结构独特、结实耐用、安装方便、制作成本低的立式车床的水冷装置。
本实用新型通过以下方式实现：
一种立式车床的水冷装置，它包括立式车床工作台，其特征是：工作台通过回水管路、出水管路与一水箱相连，在工作台上固定有甩水圈、甩水圈下部设有回水槽，出水管路的出口连有向工作台上喷水的喷水口，水箱上连有一控制上述喷水、甩水的控制装置；
在所述水箱与所述出水管路之间连有循环水泵；
所述水箱内中间设有隔板，隔板上部固定有过滤网。
本实用新型有如下效果：
1）结构独特、结实耐用、安装方便：本实用新型提供的装置它包括立式车床工作台，其特征是：工作台通过回水管路、出水管路与一水箱相连，在工作台上固定有甩水圈、甩水圈下部设有回水槽，出水管路的出口连有向工作台上喷水的喷水口，水箱上连有一控制上述喷水、甩水的控制装置。
2）保证喷水泵组长期持续运行：本实用新型提供的储水部分为水箱，主要用于冷却液的储存，考虑到其系统因杂质较多的情况，水箱内中间设计隔板，隔板上部设计过滤网，对回流动冷却液实现过滤，保证喷水泵组长期可以的运行。
3）操作方便：本实用新型提供的装置本喷水部分安装一套水泵组，同时在将泵组控制设计相应控制程序实现操作面板控制，设计甩水圈，将其与工作台配装，当工作台旋转期间利用其离心力将工作台面的切削液甩入，回水槽。考虑其与工作台装配的密封性，防止漏水，内部结合面开槽加装密封条，将甩圈出冷却液水，收集回流至储存水箱。

具体实施方式
一种立式车床的水冷装置，它包括立式车床工作台5，如图1所示：工作台5通过回水管路3、出水管路4与一水箱2相连，在工作台5上固定有甩水圈6、甩水圈6下部设有回水槽7，出水管路4的出口连有向工作台5上喷水的喷水口8，水箱2上连有一控制上述喷水、甩水的控制装置9；
在所述水箱2与所述出水管路4之间连有循环水泵1；
所述水箱2内中间设有隔板10，隔板上部固定有过滤网11。

1.一种立式车床的水冷装置，它包括立式车床工作台（5），其特征是：工作台（5）通过回水管路（3）、出水管路（4）与一水箱（2）相连，在工作台（5）上固定有甩水圈（6）、甩水圈（6）下部设有回水槽（7），出水管路（4）的出口连有向工作台（5）上喷水的喷水口（8），水箱（2）上连有一控制上述喷水、甩水的控制装置（9）。
2.如权利要求1所述的立式车床的水冷装置，其特征是在：在所述水箱（2）与所述出水管路（4）之间连有循环水泵（1）。
3.如权利要求1所述的立式车床的水冷装置，其特征是在：所述水箱（2）内中间设有隔板（10），隔板上部固定有过滤网（11）。
