本实用新型涉及冲压模具,尤其涉及一种耐磨防腐冲压模具。
背景技术
现有的用于将酸、碱或者强氧化性等腐蚀性粉末或者颗粒状物质冲压成片或者环状的模具大多都是采用模具钢或者硬质合金制成,在冲压时,跟酸、碱或者强氧化性等腐蚀性粉末或者颗粒状物质的接触面很容易腐蚀磨损,造成模具无法继续使用。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种耐磨防腐冲压模具。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种耐磨防腐冲压模具,包括本体和模腔,本体与模腔之间从内到外依次设有防腐层和耐磨层,防腐层和耐磨层紧密贴合于模腔的内表面上。
作为优选,模腔为圆柱形。
作为优选,防腐层和耐磨层均为圆套。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:防腐层可以有效防止模具本体被酸、碱或者强氧化性等腐蚀性粉末或者颗粒状物质腐蚀,提高了模具的使用寿命,耐磨层延长了模具的使用寿命。

下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
作为本实用新型的一种实施方式,参阅图1,本实用新型包括本体1和模腔,本体1与模腔之间从内到外依次设有防腐层3和耐磨层2,防腐层3和耐磨层2紧密贴合于模腔的内表面上。模腔为圆柱形,防腐层3和耐磨层2均为圆套。
防腐层3可以采用碳化硅陶瓷等材料制作而成,可有效防止模具本体1被酸、碱或者强氧化性等腐蚀性粉末或者颗粒状物质腐蚀,提高了模具的使用寿命,耐磨层2可以采用氮化钛涂层制作而成,从而延长了模具的使用寿命。
