本实用新型涉及一种小型耕作机械，特别是一种主要用于园林、蔬菜大棚耕作的迷你电动旋耕机。
背景技术
小型电动旋耕机是一种广泛用于园林、蔬菜大棚等土地耕作的松土机具，它具有重量轻、体积小、松土效率高、携带使用方便等优点，而倍受广大消费者的喜欢，市场需求量大。目前市场上销售使用的小型电动旋耕机包括电机、挡板、传动箱体、固定在电机输出轴上的齿轮、蜗轮、蜗杆、刀盘，该结构由电机带动齿轮，齿轮带动蜗轮蜗杆，再由蜗轮蜗杆带动刀盘旋转工作。但现有的小型电动旋耕机在使用过程上还存在以下不足：一是该结构传动效率低，所需功耗大；二是传动过程机器噪音大；三是部件加工难度大，生产成本高，损坏时维修及更换不方便；因此这种电动旋耕机的结构有待进一步提高。为此，许多生产厂家及有识之士针对上述问题进行了研究和开发，但至今尚未有理想的产品在市场上面世。
发明内容
为克服现有小型电动旋耕机存在的上述弊病，本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单合理、生产成本低、传动效率高、工作稳定可靠、操作使用轻便、经济实用的迷你电动旋耕机。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案，它包括电机、挡板、传动箱体、左右刀盘，所述的传动箱体上设有可转动的中间轴、二级斜齿轮轴和输出轴，中间轴与输出轴垂直设置，中间轴上安装有一级大斜齿轮和二级小锥齿轮，二级斜齿轮轴上安装有二级大锥齿轮，输出轴上安装有三级大斜齿轮，电机输出轴上的一级小斜齿轮与一级大斜齿轮啮合，二级小锥齿轮与二级大锥齿轮啮合，二级斜齿轮轴与三级大斜齿轮啮合，左右刀盘对应固定在输出轴的两端。
采用上述结构后，与现有技术比较有如下优点和效果：一是由于采用一级小斜齿轮与一级大斜齿轮啮合、二级小锥齿轮与二级大锥齿轮啮合以及二级斜齿轮轴与三级大斜齿轮啮合三级传动，传动扭矩大，松地效果好。二是三级传动采用斜齿和锥齿传动结构，工作平稳可靠，传动效率高，加工精度低，生产加工方便。

具体实施方式
图1、图2和图3所示，为本实用新型一种迷你电动旋耕机的具体实施方案，它包括电机1、挡板2、传动箱体3、左右刀盘4，所述的传动箱体3上通过二个一级轴承6设有可转动的中间轴8，通过二个二级轴承11设有可转动的二级斜齿轮轴12和通过二个三级轴承6设有可转动的输出轴15，中间轴8与二级斜齿轮轴12和输出轴15垂直设置，中间轴8上安装有一级大斜齿轮7和二级小锥齿轮9，二级斜齿轮轴12上安装有二级大锥齿轮10，输出轴15上安装有三级大斜齿轮14，电机1输出轴上的一级小斜齿轮5与一级大斜齿轮7啮合，二级小锥齿轮9与二级大锥齿轮10啮合，二级斜齿轮轴12与三级大斜齿轮14啮合，左右刀盘4对应固定在输出轴15的两端。工作时，电机1动力通过一级小斜齿轮5与一级大斜齿轮7啮合带动中间轴8旋转，中间轴8通过二级小锥齿轮9与二级大锥齿轮10啮合带动二级斜齿轮轴12旋转，二级斜齿轮轴12通过与三级大斜齿轮14啮合带动输出轴15旋转，最后由输出轴15带动左右刀盘4旋转进行松土工作。
