本实用新型涉及一种可适应各种型号线槽出线孔的尼龙堵头，属于轨道客车配线防护工艺技术领域。 
背景技术
目前，轨道客车的出线槽电线电缆防护多采用内壁绝缘金属软管防护，线槽与金属软管之间用尼龙堵头或连接器连接；由于修旧车涉及到不同厂家不同时期的车，线槽出线孔规格大小不统一，同时早期连接器形式多样，有的已不生产，难以采购齐全；造成大部分线槽出线孔大的车，内壁绝缘金属与线槽无法直接连接。迫切需要一种具有通用性的尼龙堵头。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，克服现有技术的上述缺点，提供一种可适应各种型号线槽出线孔的尼龙堵头。 
为了解决以上技术问题，本实用新型提供的可适应各种型号线槽出线孔的尼龙堵头，组成包括：中空螺柱、及端部翻边，所述中空螺柱设有与金属软管内壁螺旋纹路相配合的外螺纹，其特征在于：端部翻边形状为长方形，其长边尺寸大于线槽出线孔的孔径。 
进一步的，所述端部翻边开设有安装孔，用于通过螺钉固定在线槽上。 
所述端部翻边的长边尺寸范围为60mm-80mm。 
本实用新型对尼龙堵头的端部翻边经加大加宽处理，以适用于不同出线孔的线槽与软管连接，提高了尼龙堵头的适用范围，解决了各种修旧车线槽与金属软管连接问题，有效地提高检修成本，全面解决了修旧车线槽与软管连接的难题，提高了劳动效率，节约了成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1 
本实施例的可适应各种型号线槽出线孔的尼龙堵头，如图1所示，组成包括中空螺柱1、及端部翻边2，中空螺柱1设有与金属软管内壁螺旋纹路相配合的外螺纹3，端部翻边3形状为长方形，其长边尺寸大于线槽出线孔的孔径。所述端部翻边的长边尺寸为60mm，一般端部翻边的长边尺寸范围为60mm-80mm。
实施例2 
如图2所示，实施例2在实施例1基础之上进行了改进，即所述端部翻边2开设有安装孔4，用于通过螺钉固定在线槽上。将尼龙堵头固定在线槽上，使得出线稳固，不会发生松动，提高安全性。图2中标号参见图1。
除上述实施例外，本实用新型还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案，均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围。

1.可适应各种型号线槽出线孔的尼龙堵头，组成包括：中空螺柱、及端部翻边，所述中空螺柱设有与金属软管内壁螺旋纹路相配合的外螺纹，其特征在于：端部翻边形状为长方形，其长边尺寸大于线槽出线孔的孔径。
2.根据根据权利要求1所述的可适应各种型号线槽出线孔的尼龙堵头，其特征在于：所述端部翻边开设有安装孔。
3.根据根据权利要求1或2所述的可适应各种型号线槽出线孔的尼龙堵头，其特征在于：端部翻边的长边尺寸范围为60mm-80mm。
