本实用新型涉及到罐,特征是一种节能储热罐。
背景技术
现有节能产品多种多样,有电热、气热等多种,现有的工业、生活锅炉尾气多是直接向天空排放,也有尾气引接回锅炉进行二次燃烧达到节能的目的。尾气大的地方利用其发电,但这些都不够理想,设备多,投资大,直接排放更有污染环境的弊端。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种吸储烘烤房或锅炉房的废气废热,热利用率高,方便取用,简单易行,安全可靠的节能储热罐。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是这样的,一种节能储热罐,包括进气管、罐体、水位压力表、排放管,其特征在于罐体顶面安装有进气管,进气管安装有单向阀,罐体底部安装排放管,罐体顶面装有水位压力表。
罐体是油罐,和/或气罐。
进气管不安装单向阀,进气管直通入罐体。
罐体外表面有保温层。
罐体外表面没有保温层。
本实用新型的优点是设备简单,投资少,废物利用,热利用率高,占地面积少,安全可靠,易于使用。罐体内腔可储废气、废热,罐内没有跑冒漏现象。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述,参照附图,罐体(3)是利用废弃的油罐、气罐,经检侧无漏水漏气现象。在罐体(3)的顶面开孔安装进气管(1),进气管(1)安装有单向阀(2),进气管(1)的气体来源为工厂车间烘烤房,或锅炉房的废气、废热,进气管(1)的热源来源也可为工厂企业、生活用锅炉的废气、废水。在罐体(3)顶面安装有水位压力表(4),罐体(3)底部安装排放管(5)。罐体(3)底面装有支脚(6)。罐体(3)也可用钢板卷压弯接焊接做成。进气管(1)也可不安装单向阀(2)而是直接进入罐体(3)内腔。使用时在罐体(3)内腔装入冷水或热水,然后在进气管(1)引入废气或废水,废水、废气对罐内的水进行加热得到热水从排放管(5)排出使用,可用于工业用水,也可用于生活洗涤用水。当从进气管(1)引入的是废热水时,可直接放入罐体(3)内储备利用。由于罐体(3)周边密封,而安装单向阀(2)又可抑制热源进入罐体(3)内不易漏出,利用率高,安全可靠,罐体内储热量大。

1.一种节能储热罐,包括进气管、罐体、水位压力表、排放管,其特征在于罐体(3)顶面安装有进气管(1),进气管(1)安装有单向阀(2),罐体(3)底部安装排放管(5),罐体(3)顶面装有水位压力表(4)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的节能储热罐,其特征在于罐体(3)是油罐,和/或气罐。
3.按照权利要求1所述的节能储热罐,其特征在于进气管(1)不安装单向阀(2),进气管(1)直通入罐体(3)。
4.按照权利要求1所述的节能储热罐,其特征在于罐体(3)外表面有保温层。
5.按照权利要求1所述的节能储热罐,其特征在于罐体(3)外表面没有保温层。
