背景技术
现有的织物加热设备,特别是地毯加热设备,其加热过程中温度不均匀,且加热时温度下降过快,导致织物的加热的安全性差,且热能的利用效率低。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了平烫式加热板,其加热过程的温度均匀,实现整体加热均匀,使得织物的加热的安全性好、热能的利用率高。
平烫式加热板,其技术方案是这样的:其包括热交换箱体,其特征在于:所述热交换箱体内均匀布置有加热管,所述加热管呈蛇形排布,蛇形的所述加热管的两端部贯穿所述热交换箱的箱体后分别设置有导热介质入口、导热介质出口。
其进一步特征在于:
所述热交换箱体的底部四角位置设置有支脚;
所述热交换箱体上设置有介质溢出存储罐;
所述热交换箱体上设置有排气口。
采用本实用新型的上述结构后,热交换箱体内均匀布置有加热管,加热管呈蛇形排布,蛇形的加热管的两端部贯穿所述热交换箱的箱体后分别设置有导热介质入口、导热介质出口,导热介质从导热介质入口流入后,顺着蛇形的加热管流动,随后流出导热介质出口,其使得导热管内的温度均匀,实现整体加热均匀,使得织物的加热的安全性好、热能的利用率高。

具体实施方式         
见图1、图2、图3,其包括热交换箱体1,热交换箱体1内均匀布置有加热管2,加热管2呈蛇形排布,蛇形的加热管2的两端部贯穿所述热交换箱1的箱体后分别设置有导热介质入口4、导热介质出口5,热交换箱体1的底部四角位置设置有支脚3,用来支撑整个热交换箱体1;热交换箱体1上设置有介质溢出存储罐6,当热交换箱体1内部的介质过多而产生溢出时,直接进入到介质溢出存储罐6,而当热交换箱体1内部的介质过少时,介质溢出存储罐6内的介质回流进入到热交换箱体1的内部,达到热交换箱体1的内部介质的平衡作用;热交换箱体1上设置有排气口7,将热交换箱体1内部的多余气体排出,从而达到平衡热交换箱内部气压的作用。

1.平烫式加热板,其包括热交换箱体,其特征在于:所述热交换箱体内均匀布置有加热管,所述加热管呈蛇形排布,蛇形的所述加热管的两端部贯穿所述热交换箱的箱体后分别设置有导热介质入口、导热介质出口。
