本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器,尤其涉及一种分离式热管太阳能热水器。
背景技术
由于热管的热转换效率高,已逐渐被使用在太阳能热水器上。目前,使用较普遍的热管太阳能热水器,是由热管集热器、热管冷凝器和水箱组成,热管冷凝器置于水箱中,由热管集热器吸收太阳能中的热能,通过热管冷凝器和水箱中的水反复地进行热交换,使水箱中的水逐步变热。这种热水器的集热器、冷凝器及水箱均安装于室外。这种太阳能热水器存在着功能单一,只能供水,不能供暖,且,不适于高层建筑物中,中、下层用户的使用。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不但能供热水,而且可以供暖的分离式热管太阳能热水器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:分离式热管太阳能热水器,包括热管集热器,热管冷凝器,输水管,储热水箱,水套,保温罩,进水口,出水口,管接口,阀门,水位表,压力表,其特征在于输水管上设有压力表,储热水箱上设有水位表,热管冷凝器的外部罩有一个内腔与其相应的水套,在水套的外面还有一个可拆装的保温罩,输水管经水套的进水口和出水口,将水送入储热水箱。
本实用新型所提供的分离式热管太阳能热水器工作原理如下:由热管集热器吸收太阳能的热量,热管内工质受热蒸发,经等温输热管从进汔口进入热管冷凝器,由于热管冷凝器的外部有水套,进入热管冷凝器中工质蒸汽的热量被水套中的水吸收,汽态工质变成液态,在重力的作用下,从热管冷凝器的出液口流回热管集热器,形成热循环,由于热管冷凝器外部水套的内腔与热管冷凝器的大小相应,体积较小,所以进入水套的水在与热管冷凝器进行热交换后很快被加热,从水套中出来的水温度至少在50℃以上,经输水管送入水箱。这种分离式太阳能热水器冬季还可用来供暖由于水套的外面还有一个可拆装的保温罩,当用于供暖时,把水套外面的保温罩拆去,热管冷凝器外部水套中的水就可通过水套与外界的冷空气进行热交换,将室内空气加热。当用来供热水时,将保温罩套在水套的外面,不但可保住水套中水的温度,还可防止水套中水的热量向室内扩散。
本实用新型同时兼有供热水和供暖的功能,且安装使用方便,适合于现代高层建筑物各层楼房使用。
