背景技术
目前,从酸浸浓密机1溢流来的铜贵液经铜贵液贮槽3后通过泵4入板框压滤机进行过滤,由于酸浸浓密机跑混导致铜贵液含微固量大,铜贵液贮槽或压滤机很快被微固体物充满而需要清理或拆卸。劳动强度大,费用高。

本实用新型提供一种湿法铜生产料液净化装置,降低劳动强度。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:湿法铜生产料液净化装置,酸浸浓密机的溢流口连接斜管沉降器,斜管沉降器固液分离后上部较清的液体处对应设有出口连接铜贵液贮槽,铜贵液贮槽内设有泵,泵与板框压滤机连接;铜贵液贮槽内设有软管泵,软管泵输出送至胶带机过滤。
本实用新型结构简单、功能实用,增加了一台软管泵,虽增加了动力消耗但劳动强度大大降低,运行成本总体下降较大。

实施例:如图1所示,湿法铜生产料液净化装置,酸浸浓密机1的溢流口连接斜管沉降器2,斜管沉降器2固液分离后上部较清的液体处对应设有出口连接铜贵液贮槽3,铜贵液贮槽3内设有泵4,泵4与板框压滤机5连接;铜贵液贮槽3内设有软管泵6,软管泵输出送至胶带机过滤。
从酸浸浓密机1溢流来的铜贵液先经过斜管沉降器2进行再一次固液分离,上部较清的液体进入铜贵液贮槽3,在经过泵4入板框压滤机5进行过滤,含微固体颗粒的液体通过软管泵6直接送到胶带机过滤,避免了含微固体颗粒返回酸浸浓密机的二次污染。板框压滤机拆卸次数有原来的5-7天拆卸一次,增加到14-15天,劳动强度大大降低,板框过滤机费用也大幅减小。
