技术领域
本实用新型涉及夹具,尤其涉及一种可拆卸的软爪单爪。
背景技术
加工回转零件过程中广泛采用两种方法:一种是利用三抓卡盘自动定心,但是由于卡爪头易于损伤,往往造成自动定心不准;二是利用四爪卡盘和百分表进行找正定心,这种方法既不十分准确又比较麻烦,对批量生产极为不利。此时可采用简便易行高效实用的软爪定心方法,其要点是利用三爪卡盘的自动定心原理。
目前,普通车床使用的工艺软爪是针对加工批量小的产品,省去工装制造费用,但是传统的工艺软爪是采用焊接的方法将软爪部分与卡盘卡爪相连接,卡盘卡爪随着软爪部分失去使用价值而报废;通过螺栓连接的可活动的软爪在安装过程中三个软爪在卡盘上的径向位置难以确定,影响加工精度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题是:提供一种定位精确的可活动软爪,提高回转零件的加工精度及加工效率。
为达此目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种可拆卸的软爪单爪,软爪中部设置有安装孔,软爪底部设置有凸块安装槽,所述凸块安装槽两侧设置有定位槽,所述软爪两端设置有夹持头。
进一步的,所述安装孔为两个沉头螺栓孔。
进一步的,所述凸块安装槽贯穿软爪底部。
进一步的,所述定位槽为垂直于凸块安装槽的波纹状凸起,所述定位槽布满软爪底部。
进一步的,所述夹持头为软爪两端的梯形凸起。
进一步的,所述夹持头与软爪为一体结构。
本实用新型的有益效果为:安装方便节省工时,尺寸可调,便于生产不同尺寸的零件,定位准确,刚性强。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
如图1~3所示,于本实施例中,本实用新型所述的一种可拆卸的软爪单爪,软爪1中部设置有两个沉头螺栓孔作为安装孔2,用于软爪1与凸块连接,软爪1底部设置有凸块安装槽3,所述凸块安装槽3贯穿软爪1底部,将凸块置于凸块安装槽3内,通过内六角螺栓将凸块与软爪1连接,所述凸块安装槽3两侧设置有定位槽4,所述定位槽4为垂直于凸块安装槽3的波纹状凸起,且定位槽4布满软爪1底部,所述软爪1两端设置有梯形凸起,所述梯形凸起形成夹持头5,所述夹持头5与软爪1为一体结构。
工作时,采用三个软爪1,将凸块与软爪1连接,将凸块可滑动的安装在盘体的滑座内,使软爪1上的定位槽4与滑座上的凹槽相对应,调整每个软爪1与滑座上凹槽的相对位置,使得软爪1的夹持头5处于同一圆周上,这种软爪1安装尺寸可调,便于生产不同尺寸的零件,设置有定位槽4定位准确,刚性强。

4.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸的软爪单爪,其特征在于,所述定位槽为垂直于凸块安装槽的波纹状凸起,所述定位槽布满软爪底部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸的软爪单爪,其特征在于,所述夹持头为软爪两端的梯形凸起。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可拆卸的软爪单爪,其特征在于,所述夹持头与软爪为一体结构。
