本实用新型涉及机械设备领域，更具体的，涉及一种压铸机抽真空装置。
背景技术
在铝合金铸造时，为解决产品内部出现气孔等问题，在铝水快要进入模具型腔时需要将模具内部的空气抽完形成真空状态，以避免产品气孔的产生。
对模具型腔内部抽真空一般需要依靠抽真空装置，传统抽真空装置主要包括真空泵和真空罐，真空泵可对真空罐内部进行抽真空，真空罐通过连接管道和模具型腔连通。通过管道把模具型腔中的气体吸入真空罐中。但是这就产生了一个问题，即模具型腔中的灰尘会被吸入管道中。灰尘长期积累的话，可能会引起管道和设置于管道上阀门被堵住。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足，提供了一种压铸机抽真空装置，该抽真空装置可以有效的排除管道中的灰尘，防止灰尘长期积累造成管道堵塞的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型通过下述技术方案得以解决：压铸机抽真空装置，包括真空罐和真空泵，所述真空罐通过第一管道于模具连通，在所述第一管道上连接有吹气机构。
上述技术方案中，所述的吹气机构包括空压机、第二管道和吹气控制阀，所述第二管道和第一管道连通，在第二管道上设置有吹气控制阀和空压机。
上述技术方案中，在所述第一管道上设置有电接点压力表，所述电接点压力表和LED指示灯连接。
 本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下有益效果：可以有效的排除管道中的灰尘，防止灰尘长期积累造成管道堵塞的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述：参见图1，压铸机抽真空装置，包括真空罐2和真空泵1，使用时，通过真空泵1对真空罐2内进行抽真空，所述真空罐2通过第一管道5于模具8连通，并且所述第一管道5靠近模具8的一侧包括有四通阀组50，在所述四通阀组50上设置有电接点压力表4，所述电接点压力表4和LED指示灯7连接。所述LED指示灯包含有红色和绿色两个指示区域。当四通阀内真空时，电接点真空表开始动作，LED灯的绿色灯开始亮起，表示是正常在工作抽真空的。当管道没接上或者堵塞和真空控制阀坏时，由于四通阀内没有真空导致电接点压力表没有工作，LED灯的红色灯亮起，提示抽真空设备有异常。
在所述第一管道5上连接有吹气机构3。所述的吹气机构3包括空压机30、第二管道31和吹气控制阀32，所述第二管道31和第一管道5连通，在第二管道31上设置有吹气控制阀32和空压机30。在所述真空罐2和吹气机构3之间位置的第一管道5上设置有真空阀6。当对模具内部抽真空加工完成时，关闭真空阀6，然后打开吹气控制阀32，空压机30通过第二管道31对第一管道32中鼓入空气，可以有效的把阀组和管道中的粉尘，铝屑吹出。从而防止了灰尘长期积累造成管道堵塞的问题。

Claims (3)

1.压铸机抽真空装置，包括真空罐（2）和真空泵（1），所述真空罐（2）通过第一管道（5）于模具（8）连通，其特征在于：在所述第一管道（5）上连接有吹气机构（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压铸机抽真空装置，其特征在于：所述的吹气机构（3）包括空压机（30）、第二管道（31）和吹气控制阀（32），所述第二管道（31）和第一管道（5）连通，在第二管道（31）上设置有吹气控制阀（32）和空压机（30）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压铸机抽真空装置，其特征在于：在所述第一管道（5）上设置有电接点压力表（4），所述电接点压力表（4）和LED指示灯（7）连接。
