本实用新型涉及铅酸蓄电池的加酸工具,具体涉及一种铅酸蓄电池抽真空加酸机的加酸头。
背景技术
由于蓄电池的使用用途越来越广泛,对于蓄电池的质量要求也越来越高,硫酸(电解液)好比是蓄电池的血液,保证加酸量的准确性对于铅酸蓄电池使用性能和使用寿命的影响至关重要。普通的加酸机精密度有限,很难保证整只电池每单格的加酸量一致,所以大多数蓄电池生产厂家都选择了抽真空加酸机,但抽真空加酸由于其在加酸过程中会产生一定的压力,这股压力会对AGM隔板纸造成冲击,冲破隔板,严重的会导致电池短路,所以抽真空加酸的电池一般都必须采取防护措施,例如在电池封盖前需要在加酸孔下方的AGM隔板上加上PVC多孔防护片,增加人力物力,相对来说增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种铅酸蓄电池抽真空加酸的加酸头,采用该加酸头辅助加酸机对电池进行加酸,电池不在需要考虑因抽真空加酸会对AGM隔板纸造成破坏,降低生产成本,保证蓄电池的质量。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该加酸头包括加酸嘴和加酸管,加酸管贯穿式安装在加酸嘴的中心,整体构成加酸头,其特征是:加酸嘴的一端壁面上开缓压孔,加酸嘴的另一端外壁上设连接螺纹。
本实用新型结构简单,操作方便,加酸嘴上设缓压孔,电池在加酸过程中容易造成隔板破损,减少劳动力,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该加酸头包括加酸嘴1和加酸管2,加酸管2贯穿式安装在加酸嘴1的中心,整体构成加酸头,其特征是:加酸嘴1的一端壁面上开缓压孔3,加酸嘴1的另一端外壁上设连接螺纹4。
使用时,先将加酸嘴1经连接螺纹4固定在抽真空加酸机的加酸管上,调整好每单格的间距,然后采用抽真空方式将酸加到电池中。
