技术领域
本实用新型涉及金属冶炼工艺技术领域，特别是涉及一种可脱除氧的金属铜熔炼装置。
背景技术
金属铜液中的氧是有害杂质元素，须加以去除，在无氧铜中更是要求很低的氧含量。脱除铜液中氧的方法主要有真空熔铸、木炭覆盖、青木脱氧等，但真空法效率低，设备投资大、成本高；木炭覆盖法的脱氧效率低；青木脱氧法增加氢含量，脱氧效率也较低。除真空熔铸法，其他方法均存在浇注过程中易于产生二次氧化的问题，使得铜液中的氧含量增加。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可脱除氧的金属铜熔炼装置。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种可脱除氧的金属铜熔炼装置，包括炉体、设置在所述的炉体底部的至少一个固定环、固定在所述的固定环上的石墨棒，所述的石墨棒一端部固定在所述的固定环上，另一端部露出铜液表面。
优选地，所述的石墨棒为表面光滑的圆柱棒。
优选地，所述的石墨棒为表面设置有螺纹的圆柱棒。
优选地，所述的石墨棒为表面开设有孔的圆柱棒。
优选地，所述的石墨棒的另一端部开设有孔，并与所述的炉体通过插销固定。
优选地，所述的炉体为有芯工频感应保温炉。
优选地，所述的固定环采用耐火材料构建。
由于上述技术方案运用，本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本实用新型的装置简单，便于操作；能够有效地脱除铜液中的氧，脱氧效率高，有利于水平连铸浇注作业。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述：
如图1、2所示的一种可脱除氧的金属铜熔炼装置，包括炉体1、设置在炉体1底部的至少一个固定环2、一端部固定在固定环2上的石墨棒3。具体的说：
炉体1采用有芯工频感应保温炉；固定环2采用耐火材料构建，放置石墨棒3移动；石墨棒3可以为表面光滑的圆柱棒、可以为表面设置有螺纹的圆柱棒、也可以为表面开设有孔的圆柱棒，增加与铜液的接触面积；石墨棒3的另一端部开设有孔，并与炉体1通过插销固定，这样，整根石墨棒3的两端都被固定。
当铜液注入炉体1内，铜液表面覆盖鳞片石墨，石墨棒3的另一端部露出铜液表面，是铜液中的氧与石墨棒反应：2Cu 2 O+C→CO 2 +4Cu，从而达到脱氧的目的。

1. 一种可脱除氧的金属铜熔炼装置，其特征在于：包括炉体、设置在所述的炉体底部的至少一个固定环、固定在所述的固定环上的石墨棒，所述的石墨棒一端部固定在所述的固定环上，另一端部露出铜液表面。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的可脱除氧的金属铜熔炼装置，其特征在于：所述的石墨棒为表面光滑的圆柱棒。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的可脱除氧的金属铜熔炼装置，其特征在于：所述的石墨棒为表面设置有螺纹的圆柱棒。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的可脱除氧的金属铜熔炼装置，其特征在于：所述的石墨棒为表面开设有孔的圆柱棒。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的可脱除氧的金属铜熔炼装置，其特征在于：所述的石墨棒的另一端部开设有孔，并与所述的炉体通过插销固定。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的可脱除氧的金属铜熔炼装置，其特征在于：所述的炉体为有芯工频感应保温炉。
