本实用新型涉及一种砌块浇注装置。 
背景技术
砌块浇注装置是将搅拌好的料浆浇注入模具的装置，传统砌块浇注装置，包括浇注搅拌机、浇注管道和模具，浇注搅拌机下方设有出料口气动阀门，浇注管道一端与浇注搅拌机的出料口气动阀门连接，浇注管道的浇注口设在模具上方。这种砌块浇注装置作业时，浇注口的移动调整完全通过人工操作，容易出现事故，工作效率也低，而且耗费人工较多；另外人工操作时容易不到位，导致浇注口离浇注搅拌机过远，使大量空气进入料浆中。 
实用新型内容
鉴于背景技术存在的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够自动升降浇注口的砌块浇注装置。 
为此，本实用新型提供的砌块浇注装置，包括浇注搅拌机、浇注管道和模具，浇注搅拌机下方设有出料口气动阀门，浇注管道一端与浇注搅拌机的出料口气动阀门连接，浇注管道的浇注口设在模具上方，浇注管道上带有软连接管道，浇注管道吊装在升降机构上。 
本实用新型提供的砌块浇注装置通过自动升降机构来升降浇注口，提高了工作效率，而且操作更加安全、精确，可大大节省人力成本。而且还能够将浇注口精确置入到浇注搅拌机中，防止大量空气进入料浆。

具体实施方式
参照附图1所示，本实用新型提供的砌块浇注装置包括浇注搅拌机1、浇注管道2和模具3，浇注搅拌机下方设有出料口气动阀门5，浇注管道2一端与浇注搅拌机1的出料口气动阀门5连接，浇注管道2的浇注口6设在模具3上方，浇注管道2上带有软连接管道4，所谓软连接管道4可以是软管，也可以是波纹管等，浇注管道2吊装在升降机构7上，在此升降机构7通过外置的控制装置调控。使用时，按下“浇注启动”按钮，升降机构7与浇注气动阀门5同时动作，浇注口6降入模具内，料浆自浇注机注入模具，此模浇注完毕，按“停止”按钮，浇注气动阀门5关闭的同时，升降机构7上升回到初始位置，然后摆渡车带着浇注搅拌机1开走。

1.一种砌块浇注装置，包括浇注搅拌机（1）、浇注管道（2）和模具（3），所述浇注搅拌机下方设有出料口气动阀门（5），所述浇注管道（2）一端与浇注搅拌机（1）的出料口气动阀门（5）连接，所述浇注管道（2）的浇注口（6）设在模具（3）上方，其特征是：浇注管道（2）上带有软连接管道（4），所述浇注管道（2）吊装在升降机构（7）上。
