背景技术
传统的空气冲击锤底部端盖与主体通过螺纹联接固定,此联接密封性能差。内部活塞杆直接与主体内壁相摩擦,长时间往复的工作,主体内壁磨损比较快,振动器使用寿命短,不耐用。.主体底部只有一个安装孔,没有加装外部安装孔,使用起来有些不方便。 
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的缺点,本发明人积累多年从事本领域工作的经验,经过反复研究论证,终得本实用新型的产生,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种100%不漏气,装配也方便的气动往复式振动器。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 一种气动往复式振动器,包括主体,其特征在于:主体与上端盖采用螺纹密封联接,内部配装一耐磨套,耐磨套内配一活塞杆,活塞杆底部装有弹簧,主体与安装可分拆的底板用4个螺丝固定。 
本实用新型克服了现有技术存在的缺点,其主要的有益效果为:现产品主体底部直接采用闭孔, 
此联接密封性能好,100%不漏气,装配也方便。.主体底部加装了一块活动安装底板,底板内部有4个

具体实施方法
如图:一种气动往复式振动器,包括主体,其特征在于:主体(5)与上端盖(3)采用螺纹密封联接,内部配装一耐磨套(6),耐磨套(6)内配一活塞杆(7),活塞杆(7)底部装有弹簧(9),主体(5)与安装可分拆的底板(10)用4个螺丝固定,当电磁阀打开时,压缩空气通过进气孔(8)进入主体(5)内腔,再通过活塞杆(7)的气槽进入下腔,当压缩空气压力不断增大时,借着主体(5)内腔下部弹簧(9)的弹簧力使活塞杆(7)下腔的气体推动活塞杆向上移动,然后通过主体(5)上部排气槽排出,同时气体进行换向,当活塞杆(7)移到顶部时,隋着压缩空气不断的增大,再次推动活塞杆(7)往下移动,当活塞杆(7)移动到底部时,上腔的压缩空气退到排气槽排出,这样一上一下已完成一次往复式工作。
