本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的： 
一种锁紧螺钉，包括有连接为一体的螺杆和螺帽，其特征在于：所述螺杆与螺帽连接处设有环形凹槽，所述螺杆上设有外螺纹，所述螺帽上分布有调节孔和内螺纹锁紧孔，且调节孔和内螺纹锁紧孔位于螺杆外侧的螺帽边缘处的同一圆周上。

所述的螺帽上均布有四个调节孔，所述螺帽上与调节孔同一圆周且异于调节孔位置设有一内螺纹锁紧孔。 
其原理是：通过螺杆自身的结构设计，调整好丝杆、刻度盘与手轮之间的间隙，通过螺帽上的调节孔和锁紧孔的设计，在需要调节对准时，调节孔中插入与孔配合的扳手即可实现调节，调节方便，省时省力，同时通过锁紧孔旋入车床手轮紧定螺钉，增加了定位锁紧接触面，对手轮端面进行顶死，避免了长时间使用后容易松动、螺牙损坏或脱落，影响进给的准确率，需经常更换，影响工作效率等问题
