本实用新型涉及一种水泵电机冷却装置,该水泵冷却装置用于水泵电机的冷却。
背景技术
水泵电机在运行过程中会发热,如果不及时冷却会造成电机烧坏等后果。所以一般在水泵电机上都安装有冷却装置,现有的水泵电机冷却装置一般为风扇。风扇冷却需要消耗额外的能量,水泵电机上安装了风扇使得水泵电机结构更加复杂,维护成本明显提高。另外风扇具有噪声大的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种结构设计合理,结构简单,安装方便,使用安全,节能环保,能够通过输送水冷却电机的水泵电机冷却装置。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:该水泵电机冷却装置,其特征是:包括泵壳和电机,所述电机安装在泵壳内,该电机和泵壳之间形成冷却水通道,所述泵壳上设置有进水口和出水口,该进水口和冷却水通道连通,该出水口和冷却水通道连通。
本实用新型所述电机的电机轴的轴向与进水口的轴向在同一直线上。
本实用新型还包括叶轮,所述叶轮和电机的电机轴连接。

本实用新型还包括叶轮3,叶轮3和电机2的电机轴连接。
本实用新型使用的时候,电机2的电机轴转动,带动叶轮3转动。输送水从进水口4进入冷却水通道,输送水和电机2接触,冷却电机2。最后输送水从出水口5排出。
