背景技术:
现有冷却塔风机由电力驱动,需要消耗电能,然而冷却塔的水循环泵有富裕的能量来被利用而浪费。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不需要消耗电能的水动力风机的水轮机。本实用新型的技术解决方案是,一种水动力风机的水轮机,包括水轮机,其特征在于:水轮机的进水口与冷却塔水泵的出水口连接,水轮机的出水口与冷却塔的布水器连接,在水轮机壳体内均布有导流板,水轮机的叶轮轴与布水器上方的风机轴连接。本实用新型与现有技术比较具有节能的优点。

具体实施方式:
结合以上附图对本实用新型作详细说明,现有冷却塔为了对水进行降温,其风机的动力采用电机驱动,需消耗电能,然而冷却塔系统中的水泵的功率均有富于能量而未能得到利用。本实用新型为了将水泵的富余能量用于驱动风机,而省去了驱动风机的电机,为此将水轮机的进水口1与泵的出口连接,水轮机的出水口5与布水器连接,水轮机轴与风机轴连接。本实用新型的工作原理是,由水泵出来的水流进入水轮机壳体2内,均布在水轮机端盖上的导流板3的导引下驱动水轮机的叶轮4转动,从而带动风机转动,实现对布水器喷淋水进行风冷,从实验水泵的富余能量完全可满足风机工作的需要,因而本实用新型节省了风机电机所消耗的电能。
