本实用新型提供一种齿槽式可换扶正器，包括传动轴、传动轴壳体、可换扶正套，其特征在于还包括螺钉、防掉滚珠、轴头防掉套，所述可换扶正套位于传动轴壳体外表面并与传动轴壳体通过齿槽配合连接，所述轴头防掉套位于传动轴、传动轴壳体的外表面，并通过螺纹与传动轴壳体连接，其一端与可换扶正套靠紧，另一端内侧设有滚道A，所述传动轴上设置有滚道B，所述滚道A与滚道B对应，所述防掉滚珠设置在滚道A与滚道B之间，所述轴头防掉套上设置有螺钉孔，所述螺钉孔与滚道A贯通，所述螺钉设置在螺钉孔内。本实用新型是将传统可换扶正器的螺纹连接改为齿槽配合连接，这样可以任意调节扶正带相对弯点的位置，并且容易拆卸更换。

本实用新型涉及一种固井工具，尤其涉及一种扶正器。
背景技术
扶正器是螺杆钻具上起扶正钻具作用的装置，一般有固定式和可换式两种，固定式扶正器直接在传动轴壳体加工而成；可换式扶正器是做一个带扶正带的套，再通过螺纹与传动轴壳体连接为一体。固定式扶正器需用较粗的材料加工，要去除扶正器两端多余材料；而且扶正带磨损报废后，传动轴壳体也跟着报废。可换扶正器与固定扶正器相比提高了材料利用率，而且在扶正带磨损后可更换新的扶正套，传动轴壳体仍可继续使用，但螺杆钻具在使用时要求扶正器任意扶正带对准弯点背部，而用螺纹连接，扶正套上的扶正带相对钻具弯点是随机的；再次，由于扶正套上采用的螺纹一般直径较大，不容易拆卸更换。

为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供一种齿槽式可换扶正器，包括传动轴、传动轴壳体、可换扶正套，其特征在于还包括螺钉、防掉滚珠、轴头防掉套，所述可换扶正套位于传动轴壳体外表面并与传动轴壳体通过齿槽配合连接，所述轴头防掉套位于传动轴、传动轴壳体的外表面，并通过螺纹与传动轴壳体连接，其一端与可换扶正套靠紧，另一端内侧设有滚道A，所述传动轴上设置有滚道B，所述滚道A与滚道B对应，所述防掉滚珠设置在滚道A与滚道B之间，所述轴头防掉套上设置有螺钉孔，所述螺钉孔与滚道A贯通，所述螺钉设置在螺钉孔内。
本实用新型的有益效果为：本实用新型是将传统可换扶正器的螺纹连接改为齿槽配合连接，这样可以任意调节扶正带相对弯点的位置，并且容易拆卸更换；当背对弯点的扶正带磨损时，可将未磨损的扶正带调整到背对弯点位置，提高了可换扶正套的使用率。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行进一步的解释说明，如图1-图4，1-传动轴、2-传动轴壳体、3-可换扶正套、4-螺钉、5-防掉滚珠、6-轴头防掉套、7-滚道A、8-滚道B。
如图1-图4所示，本实用新型包括传动轴1、传动轴壳体2、可换扶正套3、螺钉4、防掉滚珠5、轴头防掉套6，可换扶正套3位于传动轴1壳体外表面并与传动轴壳体2通过齿槽配合连接，轴头防掉套6位于传动轴1、传动轴壳体2的外表面，并通过螺纹与传动轴壳体2连接，其一端与可换扶正套3靠紧，另一端内侧设有滚道A7，传动轴1上设置有滚道B8，滚道A7与滚道B8对应，防掉滚珠5设置在滚道A7与滚道B8之间，轴头防掉套6上设置有螺钉4孔，螺钉4孔与滚道A7贯通，螺钉4设置在螺钉4孔内防止防掉滚珠5露出。当背对弯点的扶正带磨损时，可将未磨损的扶正带调整到背对弯点位置，提高可换扶正套3的使用率。
