本实用新型涉及一种滚塑机加热炉,包括滚塑炉炉体、循环风机、循环风管道、燃气管道和滚塑炉壁上均匀布置的燃烧器等部分组成。燃烧器由混合室和燃烧室两部分组成,两部分之间通过法兰对接、并用螺栓锁死。混合室设有两个进气口,分别为可燃气入口和助燃空气入口;所述的燃烧室设有热风入口。燃烧室进口处有电子点火装置。燃烧室中部有一法兰,用于将燃烧器固定在炉体上。炉内热风中含有未充分燃烧的可燃气体及可燃气体燃烧后分解的有害气体,这些气体在循环风机作用下进行反复燃烧,达到了节能效果,并且减少了有害气体对大气的排放。

本实用新型涉及滚塑机技术领域,尤其涉及滚塑机的加热系统,属于国际专利分类B29C技术领域。
背景技术
在滚塑机生产过程中,加热系统是必不可缺少的配置。随着节减排和环保标准的提高,对燃烧系统提出了越来越严的要求。传统的加热方式,是用燃烧机在专门的加热室加热空气,再将热空气吹进滚塑炉,这就造成热能无法充分利用,废气排放较大、污染环境的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,在于克服上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种热效率高、燃烧充分的滚塑机加热炉。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种滚塑机加热炉,包括滚塑炉炉体、循环风机、循环风管道、燃气管道和滚塑炉壁上均匀布置的燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的燃烧器由混合室和燃烧室两部分组成,两部分之间通过法兰对接、并用螺栓锁死。混合室设有两个进气口,分别为可燃气入口和助燃空气入口;所述的燃烧室设有热风入口。燃烧室的进口处有电子点火装置。燃烧室中部有一法兰,将燃烧器固定在炉体上。
本实用新型滚塑机加热炉炉体及相关部件的设置,使得炉内热风中未充分燃烧的可燃性气体,以及可燃气体燃烧后分解的有害气体得以充分燃烧,这些气体在循环风机作用下进行反复燃烧,达到了节能效果,并且减少了有害气体对大气的排放。

具体实施方式
参见附图,滚塑机加热炉,主体为滚塑炉炉体10,纵横循环风管道13的连接处安有循环风机9送风。并行设置有助燃空气管道11和可燃气管道12,助燃空气管道11通过气路电磁阀8连接助燃气入口3,可燃气管道12通过气路电磁阀8连接可燃气入口1,分别将可燃气和助燃气引入混合室。气体在燃烧器的混合室混合后,进入燃烧器的燃烧室充分燃烧;燃烧室设有热风入口4。混合室和燃烧室两部分之间通过法兰对接并用螺栓锁死。燃烧室进口处有电子点火装置。燃烧室中部有一固定法兰15,以将燃烧器固定在滚塑炉炉体10上,炉体10底部有循环风出口14。助燃风入口和循环热风入口前均安有调节阀。
可燃气体进入混合室,其压力在0.2~0.4MP,助燃空气进入混合室,其压力在0.2~1MP;两种气体的流量比,可燃气体∶助燃空气=1∶9。两股气体在混合室混合后,在气压作用下向燃烧室流动,在经过点火装置即点火针处被点燃,火焰以更大的压力冲出。燃烧室有一个热风入口4,循环热风来自滚塑炉,燃烧器第一次燃烧后会有未充分燃烧的气体,或其它可燃烧小分子分布于炉内,配有一个循环风机9将炉内热风沿管道送入燃烧器的循环风出口14,循环风与火焰混合后,将小分子充分燃烧。
在本实用新型图示的一个实施例中,滚塑机加热炉炉体10安装有四个燃烧器。循环风由循环风机9从滚塑炉炉体10中抽出、沿循环风管道13送入燃烧器的热风入口4。

1.一种滚塑机加热炉,包括滚塑炉炉体、循环风机、循环风管道、燃气管道和滚塑炉壁上均匀布置的燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的燃烧器由混合室和燃烧室两部分组成,两部分之间通过法兰对接、并用螺栓锁死。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚塑机加热炉,其特征在于:所述的混合室设有两个进气口,分别为可燃气入口和助燃空气入口;所述的燃烧室设有热风入口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滚塑机加热炉,其特征在于:在所述燃烧室的进口处有电子点火装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滚塑机加热炉,其特征在于:燃烧室中部有一法兰,将燃烧器固定在炉体上。
