一种热风炉燃烧机,由机壳、燃烧器、鼓风机组成。机壳内安装燃烧器和鼓风机,燃烧器为预混燃气燃烧器,由壳体、预混室、鼓风机连接口、燃气连接口、燃烧板、燃烧室构成,靠燃烧室一端的壳体连同燃烧室伸出机壳外,燃烧室连同机壳外的壳体伸入热风炉炉口。燃气和鼓风机输出的助燃风同时进入预混室,进行燃烧前的预混合后,经过燃烧板进入燃烧室燃烧,火焰由炉口向炉膛喷射。燃气因为有鼓风机的新鲜助燃风源持续、合理供给,更有经预混室在燃烧前的预混合,燃烧充分彻底,热效率高。

本发明涉及一种热风炉燃烧机,具体指瓷砖辊道窑所配套的,为砖坯烘干流水线实施热气烘干的中央供热装置的燃气燃烧机。 
背景技术:
瓷砖辊道窑配套有砖坯烘干辊道流水线,质量标准不高的制品,可以用燃烧器在烘干线上直接燃烧供热,质量标准高的制品如大规格地板砖等,只能由中央供热装置-热风炉集中供热。热风炉由炉体、炉口、燃烧器、输热系统构成。用于产生热源的燃气燃烧器,目前在用的是一种非常简易粗放的燃烧方式,即将燃气管道直接延伸到热风炉炉口,敞开伸入炉口燃气管道的一端,开启气阀即在管口点火燃烧供热。热风炉内可供助燃的新鲜空气只有炉口流入的部分,远远不能满足大流量燃气的助燃需求,造成大量燃气未经燃烧就被输热系统的吸热风机吸走,即浪费能源,增加烘干成本,又污染空气。 
发明内容:
为了克服现有的燃烧方式浪费能源、碳排放量大、烘干成本高的弊端,本发明提供一种热风炉燃气燃烧机,旨在为燃气的燃烧供给充足的新鲜空气以助燃,采用预混燃烧的方式,让燃气的燃烧更加充分彻底。 
本发明所采取的技术方案是:燃烧机由机壳、燃烧器、鼓风机组成。机壳内安装燃烧器和鼓风机,机壳外设有地脚用于安装固定;燃烧器为预混燃气燃烧器,由壳体、预混室、鼓风机连接口、燃气连接口、燃烧板、燃烧室构成。靠燃烧室一端的壳体连同燃烧室伸出机壳外,预混室安装在壳体内,鼓风机连接口通过管道与鼓风机出风口连接,燃气连接口伸出机壳外与燃气管网连接,燃烧板安装在预混室和燃烧室之间,燃烧室连同机壳外的壳体伸入热风炉炉口;鼓风机由防爆电机驱动。 
燃气经燃气连接口进入预混室的同时,鼓风机输出的助燃风经鼓风机连接口也进入预混室,燃气和助燃风在预混室进行燃烧前的预混合后,经燃烧板进入燃烧室燃烧,火焰由炉口向炉膛喷射。燃气因为有鼓风机的新鲜助燃风源持续、合理供给,更有经预混室在燃烧前的预混合,燃烧充分彻底,热效率高。 
本发明的有益效果是:燃烧在助燃风源持续、合理供给和燃烧前预混合的前提下进行,燃烧彻底,降低烘干成本,减少碳排放。

具体实施方式:
在图1的实施例中,机壳(1)通过地脚与热风炉(12)固定连接,燃烧器(13)的燃烧室(7)伸入热风炉(12)的炉口对向炉膛。在燃烧机对向边的炉墙上方安装有吸热管道(9)的一端,吸热管道(9)的另一端连接有吸热风机(10),吸热风机(10)从炉膛里吸进的热风经输热管道(11)输送给用热单元。 
在图2的实施例中,燃烧器(13)和鼓风机(6)安装在壳体(2)内,预混室(3)安装在壳体(2)内,鼓风机连接口(4)通过管道与鼓风机(6)出风口连接,燃气连接口(5)伸出机壳(1)外连接供气管网,燃烧板(8)安装在预混室(3)和燃烧室(7)之间,壳体(2)靠燃烧室(7)的一端连同燃烧室(7)伸出机壳(1)外。 
当燃气管网的燃气经燃气连接口(5)进入预混室(3)时,鼓风机(6)的助燃风经鼓风机连进口(4)也进入预混室(3),燃气和助燃风在预混室(3)进行燃烧前的预混合后,经过燃烧板(8)进入燃烧室(7)燃烧。燃气因为有鼓风机(6)的新鲜助燃空气源持续供给,更有经预混室(3)在燃烧前的预混合,燃烧充分彻底,热效率高。燃烧室(7)因为穿过热风炉(12)的炉口对向炉膛,火焰直接喷入热风炉(12)的炉膛,热能经吸热管道(9)被吸热风机(10)吸走,经输热管道(11)输送到用热单元。

1.一种热风炉燃烧机,由机壳、燃烧器、鼓风机组成,其特征是:机壳内安装燃烧器和鼓风机,燃烧器为预混燃气燃烧器,由壳体、预混室、鼓风机连接口、燃气连接口、燃烧板、燃烧室构成,靠燃烧室一端的壳体连同燃烧室伸出机壳外,燃烧室连同机壳外的壳体伸入热风炉炉口,燃气和鼓风机输出的助燃风同时进入预混室,进行燃烧前的预混合后,经过燃烧板进入燃烧室燃烧,火焰由炉口向炉膛喷射。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热风炉燃烧机,其特征是:所述的鼓风机由防爆电机驱动。
