本实用新型公开了一种双门电冰箱门体上竖把手及装饰板安装结构，在所述冰箱门体上固设有把手加强板，把手固定卡通过盘头螺钉紧固在所述把手加强板上；所述竖把手的上端插入固定在所述把手固定卡内，下端通过固定支撑座固定在冰箱门体上，并且竖把手与固定支撑座连接的一端与冰箱门体的边缘平齐。本实用新型门体上的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（PMMA）装饰板采用3M胶代替通常采用的卡扣结构，使结构简单，避免了卡口经常断裂的现象。本实用新型装配工艺简单，把手固定牢固。

本实用新型涉及一种双门电冰箱门体上竖把手及装饰板安装结构。
背景技术：
目前，双门电冰箱门体在饰条上设计凹槽用来作为开关门的把手即暗把手，装饰板一般采用卡扣结构安装。采用卡扣结构安装，装配工艺复杂并且卡口容易断裂。
发明内容：
为克服现有技术的缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双门电冰箱门体上竖把手及装饰板安装结构，本实用新型装配工艺简单，把手固定牢固。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案：
双门电冰箱门体上竖把手及装饰板安装结构，在所述冰箱门体上固设有把手加强板，把手固定卡通过盘头螺钉紧固在所述把手加强板上；
所述竖把手的上端插入固定在所述把手固定卡内，下端通过固定支撑座固定在冰箱门体上，并且竖把手与固定支撑座连接的一端与冰箱门体的边缘平齐。
本实用新型的结构特点也在于：所述固定支撑座通过锁紧螺钉固定在冰箱门体上，所述竖把手的下端插接固定在所述固定支撑座上。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果体现在：
1、本实用新型在门体上看不到螺丝固定的痕迹，外观平滑，过度流畅。
2、本实用新型门体上的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（PMMA）装饰板采用3M胶代替通常采用的卡扣结构，使结构简单，避免了卡口经常断裂的现象。
3、本实用新型装配工艺简单，把手固定牢固。

实施例：结合体图1-4，在冰箱门体1上固设有把手加强板，把手固定卡3通过盘头螺钉2紧固在把手加强板上，在固定卡3上设有圆形的凹陷部位，盘头螺钉2沉入固定卡的凹陷部位内。
下面以双门冰箱的上门体为例，其门体上的竖把手装配过程为：
冰箱门壳发泡后，将把手固定卡3通过盘头螺钉2固定于把手加强板上，用3M胶贴聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（PMMA）装饰板7，将竖把手4的上端套在固定卡3上固定，再将固定支撑座5的一端插进竖把手的下端，用六角沉头锁紧螺钉6将固定支撑座固定在门体上，装配完成后固定支撑座可见面与门体底边饰条平面相平。冰箱下门上的把手装配方法相同。

1.双门电冰箱门体上竖把手及装饰板安装结构，其特征在于，在所述冰箱门体（1）上固设有把手加强板，把手固定卡（3）通过盘头螺钉（2）紧固在所述把手加强板上；
所述竖把手（4）的上端插入固定在所述把手固定卡内，下端通过固定支撑座（5）固定在冰箱门体上，并且竖把手与固定支撑座连接的一端与冰箱门体的边缘平齐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双门电冰箱门体上竖把手及装饰板安装结构，其特征在于，所述固定支撑座（5）通过锁紧螺钉（6）固定在冰箱门体上，所述竖把手（4）的下端插接固定在所述固定支撑座（5）上。
