背景技术
现有的过滤机中采用过滤管为过滤介质，装在密闭的壳体中，利用泵压使被过滤的物料由壳体内上部主过滤区的过滤管外往管内渗透，这个过程确保滤饼在过滤单元中均匀地积累。滤饼积累到设定值时（过滤能力降低到一定量时），上部主过滤区的滤液排出的液体从过滤单元中心向上排出，通过过滤机上部集液管流出过滤机，同时固体在过滤单元外部，受机中的液体压力，从而颗粒在过滤介质在过滤管外表面堆积形成均匀的滤饼，堵塞过滤管，导致过滤管的过滤效果变差。

本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点，提供一种带洗涤与压干功能的新型过滤机，通过搅拌机搅拌壳体内部的液体，防止过滤管表面堵塞。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案：这种带洗涤与压干功能的新型过滤机，包括壳体，壳体上设有进液口、出液口，壳体内腔设有一组过滤管，其中壳体的顶部设有搅拌机，搅拌机上设有伸入壳体内腔的搅拌杆。搅拌机搅拌壳体内腔的液体，防止液体中的过滤介质在过滤管表面形成滤饼，从而有效提高了过滤管的过程效果。
其中壳体的底部设有进气口。进气口可充入气体，使气体在液体中鼓泡，更有利于搅拌的效果。
本实用新型有益的效果是：本实用新型结构设计合理，通过搅拌内腔液体，使过滤管一直保持良好的过滤效果，有利于广泛使用。
