【技术领域】本实用新型涉及电子生产设备的配件，具体地说是一种电路板加工模具。
【背景技术】电子行业对于电路板的精度要求非常严格，在使用贴片机的过程中，需要先将电路板定位，因此现有的电路板大多设计有板边，板边上设有定位孔和基准点，保证贴片工作顺利完成。贴片完成后，板边作为多余物需要剪掉丢弃，不仅造成人力物力的大量浪费，且剪掉板边的电路板会产生毛刺，不平整，不能满足产品的工艺要求。如何减少浪费、减少次品，是广大电子企业迫切需要解决的问题。
【发明内容】本实用新型针对上述问题，提供一种电路板加工模具。
这种电路板加工模具，为一个中部镂空的四边形模座，其特征在于，模座的四角设有定位孔，模座内沿设有锯齿状的凹槽。
使用时，将电路板放置在模具中部，使用定位孔定位后，将模具放入自动贴片机中，贴好元件后，放入回流焊中焊接，由于模具中部镂空且四周为锯齿状，电路板能够受热均匀，上锡良好。工作完毕，电路板冷却取出后，模具可以重复使用。
本实用新型的有益效果：不需为电路板安装板边，节省了材料，降低了生产成本；避免剪掉板边时产生毛刺和不平整的现象，提高产品的合格率，减轻了工人的劳动强度。
