本实用新型涉及一种酸洗装置。 
背景技术
目前，在工业生产的许多方面，都会用到用酸洗槽来对钢板等加工部件或原料，进行清洗或者酸性腐蚀，可是许多酸洗槽结构简陋，清洗过程简单，不能生成连续生产线，为大规模生产造成很大障碍，尤其是酸洗槽没有密封措施，而酸液具有挥发性，形成的酸雾不仅极易使周边设备腐蚀、大气污染，更使操作者难以在这样的恶劣操作环境下长时间工作。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种结构简单，经济实用的酸洗装置。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是： 
一种酸洗装置， 由加酸装置、酸洗槽以及废酸回收装置构成， 其中加酸装置位于酸洗槽的上方，废酸回收装置位于酸洗槽的下方；所述加酸装置包括酸罐、电机、耐酸泵；所述电机与酸罐、耐酸泵分别连接，位于耐酸泵的一侧，所述耐酸泵分别与酸罐、酸洗槽连接，所述酸洗槽的下方通过一出酸口连接废酸回收装置,所述酸洗槽是一个密封性强的酸洗槽。
在工作过程中，首先，打开电源，电机通电后，抽动酸罐里酸液，酸液通过耐酸泵进入酸洗槽，酸液在酸洗槽内进行相应腐蚀反应，而浓度已经减弱或者掺杂量较高的酸液就会沿着出酸口流进废酸回收装置。 
本实用新型不仅实现了酸液的循环工作，保持生产线的连续性，同时达到废料有效回收的效果。

具体实施方式
一种酸洗装置， 由加酸装置1、酸洗槽2以及废酸回收装置3构成， 其中加酸装置1位于酸洗槽的前方，废酸回收装置3位于酸洗槽1的下方；所述加酸装置1包括酸罐5、电机7、耐酸泵4；所述电机7与酸罐5、耐酸泵4分别连接，位于耐酸泵4的一侧，所述耐酸泵4分别与酸罐5、酸洗槽2连接，所述酸洗槽2的下方通过一出酸口6连接废酸回收装置3,所述酸洗槽2是一个密封性强的酸洗槽。 
在工作过程中，首先，打开电源，电机7通电后，抽动酸罐5里酸液，酸液通过耐酸泵4进入酸洗槽2，酸液在酸洗槽2内进行相应腐蚀反应，而浓度已经减弱或者掺杂量较高的酸液就会沿着出酸口6流进废酸回收装置3。
