本实用新型涉及一种机械式千斤顶技术领域,具体地说是一种可控制升降、能顶能拉的双向机械式千斤顶。
背景技术
在工程施工中,经常会有水平方向的顶拉施工需要,因此千斤顶被广泛采用,常用的千斤顶有液压千斤顶或机械千斤顶,液压千斤顶机构优点减少了人力、机械化程度高,缺点是一次性投资大,要有外接电源工地施工不方便,液压系统在冬季或夏季施工队液压油要求高,维修不方便,因而使用受到限制;机械千斤顶采用机械原理,以往复扳动手柄,拔爪即推动棘轮间隙回转,小伞齿轮带动大伞齿轮、使举重螺杆旋转,从而使升降套筒获得起升或下降,而达到起重拉力的功能,目前传统的机械式千斤顶传动效率低,操作费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服上述缺陷提供了一种结构合理,操作方便,传动稳定可靠,操作省时省力的双向机械式千斤顶。
 本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种双向机械式千斤顶,包括底座、顶体和设置在顶体内部的螺杆、套筒、螺母和伞齿轮,伞齿轮与螺杆的杆部连接,套筒通过螺母与螺杆的螺纹部连接,其特征是:螺杆杆部的下段伸入到底座内,在底座内上部、螺杆杆部的外侧设置有平面推力轴承,该平面推力轴承的下方设置有压紧盖,压紧盖的外侧设置有压紧螺母,压紧螺母安装在螺杆杆部的下端,在底座的上方、与伞齿轮之间也设置有平面推力轴承。
本实用新型对底座进行加高、螺杆杆部进行加长,并在底座的上方和底座的内部均设置平面推力轴承,千斤顶的伞齿轮在啮合传动时,平面推力轴承可以使传动更平稳,当伞齿轮的逆向旋转时,使套筒形成平稳下拉的作用,可实现千斤顶的能顶能拉的动作,使操作省时省力,同时还增强了千斤顶的承载能力,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述,图1为本实用新型的一种实施例,包括底座10、顶体和设置在顶体内部的螺杆1、套筒2、螺母5和伞齿轮6,伞齿轮6通常为两个相互垂直啮合的伞齿轮6,一个与手柄连接,另一个与螺杆1的杆部连接,套筒2通过螺母5与螺杆1的螺纹部连接,套筒2和螺母5与螺杆1形成丝杠螺母5传动。本实用新型加长了螺杆1杆部的长度,同时加高了底座10的高度,使底座10内部空间加大。螺杆1杆部的下段伸入到底座10内部,在底座10内的上部、螺杆1杆部的外侧设置有平面推力轴承7,该平面推力轴承7的下方设置有压紧盖,压紧盖的外侧设置有压紧螺母11,压紧螺母11安装在螺杆1杆部的下端,可以通过旋转压紧螺母11将该平面推力轴承7与底座10内上壁压紧。在底座10的上方、与伞齿轮6之间也设置有平面推力轴承7,这样,螺杆1在伞齿轮6带动下沿底座10的通孔旋转时,底座10的上下两侧均设置了平面推力轴承7,使传动平稳可靠。
本实用新型需要起升时,通过外力驱动如手柄带动伞齿轮6顺时针转动,伞齿轮6带动螺杆1顺时针转动,螺母5带动套筒2上升顶起重物,实现起升动作;当需要下拉时,旋转压紧螺母11将平面推力轴承7与底座10进行压紧,手柄反向转动使伞齿轮6逆时针转动,伞齿轮6带动螺杆1逆时针转动,螺母5带动套筒2向下移动,在平面推力轴承7作用下,套筒2实现下拉动作。
本实用新型由于在底座10的两侧设置了平面推力轴承7,不仅使螺杆1传动平衡可靠,增强了千斤顶的承载能力,延长使用寿命,而且当伞齿轮6的逆向旋转时,使套筒2形成平稳下拉的作用,可实现千斤顶的能顶能拉的动作,使操作省时省力。
本实用新型具有结构合理,操作方便,传动稳定可靠,操作省时省力的特点。

1.一种双向机械式千斤顶,包括底座、顶体和设置在顶体内部的螺杆、套筒、螺母和伞齿轮,伞齿轮与螺杆的杆部连接,套筒通过螺母与螺杆的螺纹部连接,其特征是:螺杆杆部的下段伸入到底座内,在底座内上部、螺杆杆部的外侧设置有平面推力轴承,该平面推力轴承的下方设置有压紧盖,压紧盖的外侧设置有压紧螺母,压紧螺母安装在螺杆杆部的下端,在底座的上方、与伞齿轮之间也设置有平面推力轴承。
