背景技术
皮带运输作为矿山、码头、煤炭等行业固体物料短途运输的最佳方式,受到广泛普遍的应用,但在遇到物料大小差距较大或料斗下料口处冲击较大等情况时,普通皮带机托辊容易发生弯曲变形,造成物料抛洒甚至影响皮带运行。需要经常维修,工人劳动强度大,生产效率低。
发明内容
为了解决普通皮带机托辊受大物料等冲击发生变形弯曲问题,达到提高缓冲性、加强承受力的目的。本实用新型设计一种重型缓冲托辊。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种重型缓冲托辊,与普通托辊一样由轴承座、轴和滚筒构成,所述的轴比普通托辊轴加粗2.5-3.5倍,比如直径30mm的轴加粗到100mm;所述的滚筒两端为向端面放大的锥体,锥度为30-60,长度占总长的1/4-1/3,速体由实体橡胶制成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于轴和滚筒等得到加强,托辊整体强度明显提高,可以承受较大的冲击,减少了维修,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型结构形式与普通托辊类似,轴承座1支承轴2,轴2上安装有滚筒3,轴2的直径由30mm加粗到100mm,滚筒3在两端增设了向外放大的锥体,锥度35,长度占整个长度1/4。
