本实用新型涉及一种BMC模具，尤其涉及一种抽真空BMC模具，属于汽车制造领域。
背景技术
车灯BMC模具采用热固性塑料进行成模，由于产品结构的局限性，当产品中间的孔洞较多时，在成模过程中会产生包气，导致产品的外观较差，而且也不能满足使用要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种在成模过程中不会产生包气，产品外观较好，能满足使用要求的抽真空灯罩模具。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
一种抽真空BMC模具，它包括模具本体，所述模具本体内设有模腔，所述模腔的外围设有一圈密封条，所述模具本体内还设有抽真空管，所述抽真空管的一端伸入模腔内，所述抽真空管的另一端伸出模具本体外。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型由于在成模的同时进行抽真空，使得成模过程中不会产生包气，生成的产品外观较好，能满足使用要求。
