Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种可调式注射笔,包括中护套和药芯安装筒,药芯安装筒内腔安装有药芯,药芯安装筒的外表面安装有安装筒外套;中护套的外表面安装有外护套,中护套的底端与外护套之间设置有剂量显示套,剂量显示套的底端头与旋钮连接,旋钮的通孔中安装有按钮;中护套内套装有内护套,内护套内套装有齿条,齿条顶端与药芯的胶塞接触,齿条内表面的齿牙中安装有双齿轮,双齿轮与锁杆顶端的齿轮座接触连接,锁杆的另一端与按钮的内端连接;齿条和中护套之间设置有摩擦块。本实用新型的装置,注射剂量更精确,使用及携带都很方便。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型属于医疗注射器械技术领域,涉及一种可调式注射笔。
背景技术
现有的注射技术基本上分为两种:一种是医护人员常规使用的注射针管,这种注射方式需要在医护人员的监护下在医院里完成注射,是将较大剂量的注射液(2ml-5ml)一次性注入到人体,使用于院内外患者的常规治疗。另外一种是采用弹簧作为动力实施进针和给药,这种注射方式可以是全自动注射,即自动进针、自动给药,也可以是半自动注射,即自动进针、手动给药,该两种注射方式只适合较大剂量的注射液一次性注射,适用于院内外患者的急救。
对于临床上一些特殊病人,比如糖尿病患者、肝炎患者等,需要注射胰岛素、干扰素等,其注射剂量小(0.1ml-0.5ml),但是注射剂量精确度特别高,并且绝大多数情况下要求患者自己注射。而前述的注射技术及其注射器自动化注射程度低、不能满足糖尿病患者、肝炎患者等患者的自行注射需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可调式注射笔,解决了现有技术注射时的自动化程度低、注射剂量精确度不够,不能满足糖尿病患者、肝炎患者等患者自行注射特殊需要的问题。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是,一种可调式注射笔,包括中护套和药芯安装筒,中护套和药芯安装筒通过螺纹套接,药芯安装筒内腔安装有药芯,药芯安装筒的外表面安装有安装筒外套;中护套的外表面安装有外护套,中护套的底端外圆周台阶与外护套之间设置有剂量显示套,剂量显示套的底端头与旋钮连接,旋钮的通孔中安装有按钮;中护套的内腔套装有内护套,内护套内腔套装有齿条,齿条顶端与药芯底端的胶塞接触,齿条内表面设置有齿牙,齿牙中安装有双齿轮,双齿轮与锁杆顶端的齿轮座接触连接,锁杆的另一端与按钮的内端连接;朝向药芯安装筒一端的齿条和中护套的顶端内圆周台阶之间设置有摩擦块。
本实用新型的有益效果是,为长期依赖于皮下注射给药治疗疾病的患者(如糖尿病、肝炎、生长障碍等),提供了易教、易学、简单、方便、精确注射、可以调节注射剂量的自行、自动注射方式,与同类产品相比,注射剂量的控制更精确,携带方便,制作成本大幅降低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行详细说明。
参照图1、图2、图3,本实用新型装置的结构是,包括中护套5和药芯安装筒9,中护套5内表面两端均设置有内螺纹槽,两段内螺纹槽之间的内表面设置有摩擦块槽,中护套5和药芯安装筒9通过螺纹套接,药芯安装筒9内腔安装有药芯14,药芯安装筒9的外表面安装有安装筒外套7,安装筒外套7顶端头设置有笔挂8;中护套5的外表面固定安装有外护套3,中护套5的底端外圆周设置有台阶,该外圆周台阶与外护套3之间的空腔设置有剂量显示套10,剂量显示套10能够在该空腔移动显示不同的调整量,剂量显示套10的底端头与旋钮2固定连接,旋钮2的通孔中安装有按钮1;
中护套5的内腔通过螺纹套装有内护套4,内护套4外表面圆周设置有一个环形凸楞,该环形凸楞与中护套5的内螺纹槽配合实现旋转,使得中护套5与内护套4相互移动(推进或后退),内护套4内腔套装有推杆系统的齿条6,齿条6顶端与药芯14底端的胶塞15接触,齿条6内表面设置有齿牙,齿牙中安装有互相啮合的双齿轮13,双齿轮13与锁杆11顶端的齿轮座接触连接,锁杆11的另一端与按钮1的内端连接;朝向药芯安装筒9一端的齿条6和中护套5的摩擦块槽(顶端内圆周台阶)之间设置有橡胶材料的摩擦块12,摩擦块12安装在齿条6顶端外表面的骨架型槽中。
参照图4、图5,摩擦块12及其骨架构成对齿条6抱紧的控制系统。在旋钮2转动的时候,在中护套5、内护套4的强制作用下,锁杆11会向外移动,控制剂量显示套10显示出需要的剂量刻度值,根据需要调整旋钮2,选择合适的注射剂量,控制系统通过摩擦块12摩擦力的作用抱紧齿条6,,在注射时按动按钮1,锁杆11前端会顶紧双齿轮13,连同齿条6移动以推动胶塞15,达到进药的目的。
参照图6、图7,剂量显示套10沿圆周标示有零位及注射单位,旋转旋钮2时剂量显示套10一同旋转,调节并显示所需剂量,剂量显示套10上有刻度,剂量显示套10沿中护套5的顶端外圆周台阶前进的位移量就相当于控制了齿条6及胶塞15的进给量。
参照图8、图9、图10,是齿条6的三向视图,俯视图的齿条6截面为U型结构,齿条6沿纵向内表面直径对称设置有齿牙,与双齿轮13顶进啮合;齿条6沿纵向外表面圆周设置有螺纹,与内护套4的内表面螺纹套接。
本实用新型装置的使用操作方法是:
拧开安装筒外套7,将推杆系统中的锁杆11压回至完全进入为止,锁杆11顶端的齿轮座与双齿轮13接触锁定,将药芯14放入药芯安装筒9中,注意药芯14(卡式瓶)安装方向正确、完好无损,将药芯安装筒9通过螺纹与中护套5可靠连接起来,将双刃注射针头17的保护片撕去,随后将双刃注射针头17紧紧地拧在药芯14瓶口端;确认剂量显示套10处于零位,按照需要调取至少1个单位(离可调式注射笔底端露出相应数量单位的标记),拿起可调式注射笔,使双刃注射针头17的外针尖向上,按下按钮1,锁杆11推动双齿轮13带动齿条6顶动胶塞15移动,直至药液滴挂在双刃注射针头17的外针尖上,停止按下按钮1;
将双刃注射针头17的外针尖在皮肤相应注射部位刺入,然后手握外护套3,一边推压按钮1,于是旋钮2就会轻轻旋转,旋转的旋钮2会带动剂量显示套10、中护套5、内护套4转动,内护套4最后带动齿条6(向前推进)转动,由于按钮1顶着锁杆11,双齿轮13被锁住,齿条6只能向前推动胶塞15向双刃注射针头17的外针尖方向压缩,将药液注入人体。
Claims (5)
1.一种可调式注射笔,其特征在于:包括中护套(5)和药芯安装筒(9),中护套(5)和药芯安装筒(9)通过螺纹套接,药芯安装筒(9)内腔安装有药芯(14),药芯安装筒(9)的外表面安装有安装筒外套(7);中护套(5)的外表面安装有外护套(3),中护套(5)的底端外圆周台阶与外护套(3)之间设置有剂量显示套(10),剂量显示套(10)的底端头与旋钮(2)连接,旋钮(2)的通孔中安装有按钮(1);中护套(5)的内腔套装有内护套(4),内护套(4)内腔套装有齿条(6),齿条(6)顶端与药芯(14)底端的胶塞(15)接触,齿条(6)内表面设置有齿牙,齿牙中安装有双齿轮(13),双齿轮(13)与锁杆(11)顶端的齿轮座接触连接,锁杆(11)的另一端与按钮(1)的内端连接;朝向药芯安装筒(9)一端的齿条(6)和中护套(5)的顶端内圆周台阶之间设置有摩擦块(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调式注射笔,其特征在于:所述的摩擦块(12)安装在齿条(6)顶端外表面的骨架型槽中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可调式注射笔,其特征在于:所述的剂量显示套(10)沿圆周标示有零位及注射单位。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可调式注射笔,其特征在于:所述的俯视图的齿条(6)截面为U型结构,齿条(6)沿纵向内表面直径对称设置有齿牙,与双齿轮(13)顶进啮合;齿条(6)沿纵向外表面圆周设置有螺纹,与内护套(4)的内表面螺纹套接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可调式注射笔,其特征在于:所述的安装筒外套(7)顶端头设置有笔挂(8)。
