背景技术
随着经济建设的快速发展,微电子技术得到了迅猛地发展,在硅片制造业中,最重要的就是产品合格率。由于硅片很薄、很脆弱、很精密,在生产、搬运、包装的过程中,如果用手直接拿硅片,易破片,并且硅片表面留下手指印或灰尘造成污染,表面的绒面结构容易被破坏,影响硅片的性能。为了避免这种情况,采用真空吸笔,但现有的真空吸笔采用硬连接,当吸笔吸住硅片在石墨舟和石英舟取放时,碰到舟的作用力过大就容易造成硅片破碎,导致产品报废率较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可降低碎片的真空吸笔。
