背景技术
在太阳能电池片生产中,需要将加工过的硅片从硅片盒中取出。目前多是通过吸放笔实现。现有的吸放笔为玻璃部件,使用中容易出现断裂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种硅片吸放笔。
本实用新型包括吸放管和吸盘。吸放管的两端开有吸气口和连接口,侧壁开有吸放口。吸盘为片状,中间内凹陷成吸气槽。吸盘的侧边设置有吸气管,吸气管一端开口于吸气槽的侧壁,另一端通过软管与吸放管的连接口连接。
本实用新型结构简单,吸盘与吸放管通过软管连接,有效避免了吸放笔断裂的发生。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,硅片吸放笔包括吸放管2和吸盘8。吸放管2的两端开有吸气口1和连接口4,侧壁开有吸放口3。吸盘8为片状,中间内凹陷成吸气槽7。吸盘8的侧边设置有吸气管6,吸气管6一端开口于吸气槽7的侧壁,另一端通过软管5与吸放管的连接口4连接。
工作中,吸放管2的吸气口1与负压吸气管连通,用手按住吸放口3,通过软管5和吸气管6在吸气槽7内形成负压,将吸盘8贴住硅片,即可将硅片从硅片盒中取出。硅片取出后,将吸放口3放开,吸气槽7内负压取消,即可将硅片放下。

1、硅片吸放笔,包括吸放管和吸盘,其特征在于:吸放管的两端开有吸气口和连接口,侧壁开有吸放口;吸盘为片状,中间内凹陷成吸气槽;吸盘的侧边设置有吸气管,吸气管一端开口于吸气槽的侧壁,另一端通过软管与吸放管的连接口连接。
