一种开卷机回油装置，包括上盖、轮子和下箱体，上盖顶部的进油口与开卷机的回油管连接在一起，上盖上装有四个轮子，下箱体固定在开卷机机体上，上盖通过轮子能够在下箱体上来回运动，下箱体侧面设有出油口，当开卷机开始浮动时，上盖随同开卷机的减速箱进行来回运动，而下箱体固定不动，在浮动的范围内，开卷机减速箱的润滑油经过上盖顶部的进油口始终流到下箱体中，并经下箱体侧面的出油口流出，本实用新型具有结构简单、紧凑、性能安全、可靠，维修方便等优点，在冷轧机组的可以广泛使用。

本实用新型属于冶金设备冷轧机组开卷机技术领域，特别涉及一种开卷机回油装置。
背景技术
在冶金设备领域，特别是冷轧机组正在开卷过程中，由于轧制工艺原因或是冷轧原材料的原因，开卷机要进行浮动，以便使带卷的中心与轧制中心线重合，开卷机的减速箱的回油管路也必须是浮动的。以往都是采用很长的软管，来回运动，不经济也容易出问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种开卷机回油装置，结构简单、性能安全可靠。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是：
一种开卷机回油装置，包括上盖1、轮子2和下箱体3，上盖1顶部的进油口4与开卷机的回油管连接在一起，上盖1上装有四个轮子2，下箱体3固定在开卷机机体上，上盖1通过轮子2能够在下箱体3上来回运动，下箱体3侧面设有出油口5。
本实用新型的特点是：具有结构简单、紧凑、性能安全、可靠，维修方便等优点，在冷轧机组的可以广泛使用。

本实用新型的工作原理为:
当开卷机开始浮动时，上盖1随同开卷机的减速箱进行来回运动，而下箱体3固定不动，在浮动的范围内，开卷机减速箱的润滑油经过上盖1顶部的进油口4始终流到下箱体3中，并经下箱体3侧面的出油口5流出。

1.一种开卷机回油装置，包括上盖（1）、轮子（2）和下箱体（3），其特征在于：上盖（1）顶部的进油口（4）与开卷机的回油管连接在一起，上盖（1）上装有四个轮子（2），下箱体（3）固定在开卷机机体上，上盖（1）通过轮子（2）能够在下箱体（3）上来回运动，下箱体（3）侧面设有出油口（5）。
