背景技术
随着科技水平的不断提高,企业对重要设备的动力要求越来越高,对动力品质保障产品提供便捷、实惠、占地小、可用性强、能随需应变满足企业可持续发展战略的需求也日趋强烈。
现有市面上大多数的电气柜,一般电气柜的前门为一体式结构,如果电气柜的体积较大,由于前门使用一体式结构,会造成前门的承载力过大,长时间使用过后会造成前门变形,需要对其进行维修和更换,并且在对前门进行维修和更换时,由于前门体积过大,造成维修程序发杂,不人性化。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种大型电气柜。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型设计了一种大型电气柜,包括由前门、底座、顶盖、左右侧板组成的机柜本体,其特征在于:所述前门包括上前门和下前门,上前门和下前门采用分体式结构,上前门的底部设有凸起,下前门对应上前门上的凸起设有槽孔。

如图1至图3所示,本实用新型包括由前门、底座1、顶盖2、左右侧板3组成的机柜本体。前门包括上前门4和下前门5,上前门4和下前门5采用分体式结构,上前门4的底部设有凸起6,下前门5对应上前门4上的凸起6设有槽孔7。
同现有技术相比,前门采用分体式结构设计,由上前门和下前门组成,降低了因使用过长而产生变形,且由于采用分体式结构,减小了单个组件的体积,简化了维修程序,更加人性化。
