背景技术
抽油机曲柄孔键槽通用技术性强,生产协作单位多,加工工艺方法多样,单体工件重量大。传统的检测方法受场地和测量仪器的限制,测量结果不直观,效率低下。 
发明内容
为了简化测量过程,取得准确的测量数据,本样板利用孔和键槽的位置关系,以孔的曲面作为测量基准,以样板的半圆和凸起的方形块为量规,对已加工成形的曲柄键槽进行通规和止规的测量,同时对照样板上的十字刻线(宽×深为0.2×0.5mm)与曲柄孔的基准轴线位置检查对称度变化,得出产品加工质量是否合格。

具体实施方式
本样板的结构和使用原理,就是利用通规和止规的形式,检测时将样板的通规插入被检测工件的孔槽中(止规不得插入,止规插入结果为不合格),观察样板与孔槽的结合程度,如有间隙,可用塞尺进行辅助测量,得出具体数值,同时观察样板上的十字刻线与曲柄孔基准轴线的重合,得出产品是否合格的结论。利用同样的方法,还可检测孔键槽加工前划线工序的正确与否。
