本实用新型涉及气体排放设备，特别涉及低温气体放空装置。
背景技术
放空装置的设计对于气体排放时产生的噪声影响极大。对于常规的常温气体进行放空，国内厂家已经做的相当成熟，但是对于低温气体的放空并未引起足够的重视，这是由于忽略了低温气体在放空过程中温度升高体积变大，导致排放速度过快的这一特性，因而现场噪声极大，大大影响了周围的环境和居民的生活，随着国家对噪声排放的要求不断提高，相关的改进迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种低温气体放空装置，降低气体放空的噪声。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种低温气体放空装置，其特征在于，包括放空管及设置于放空管出口端的消声器，所述的放空管包括若干节管段组成，该若干节管段的内径沿放空管出口方向逐级放大。
进一步，所述的放空管的进口端管路中设置滤网。
又，本实用新型所述的放空管由三节管段组成。
本实用新型依据所排放的低温气体属性、流量和出口温度的变化情况，进行相应管路的逐级放大。
本实用新型的有益效果
本实用新型通过逐级扩大管路管径，以符合气体在温度升高下的体积变化和流速排放的要求，同时配置消声器，进一步消除噪声以降低对周围环境的影响，满足国家相关标准。

在实施例中，本实用新型所述的放空管1由三节管段11组成。
