现有拉幅定型机在布料经过热风定型后，要经过一个冷风区对布料进行吹冷，在冷风区布置有冷风机，现有的冷风机分上下二个出风口，在上下二个出风口对布料吹出冷风时，二个出风口的风量和进风口的风量是不能调节的，造成对不同品质的布料冷风成型效果不同，从而影响拉幅定型机定型出来的布料效果不够理想。

本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供拉幅定型机用冷风机，它的上下出风口的风量和进风口的风量可以根据不同的布料进行进、出风量调节，从而提高拉幅定型机定型出来的布料的品质。
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下：
拉幅定型机用冷风机，包括冷风机箱体，在冷风机箱体上设置有进风口、上出风口和下出风口，冷风机箱体上安装有风机，风机的进风口装有风量调节装置，在冷风机箱体的上出风口和下出风口中间位置铰接有风量调节板，冷风机箱体上固定有螺杆座，螺杆插套在螺杆座上且伸入冷风机箱体中与风量调节板铰接在一起，位于螺杆座左右边的螺杆实体上分别螺接有左调节螺母和右调节螺母。
所述风量调节板通过活页铰接在冷风机箱体的内壁上。

实施例：见图1所示，拉幅定型机用冷风机，包括冷风机箱体1，在冷风机箱体1上设置有进风口11且进风口有风量调节装置、上出风口12和下出风口13，冷风机箱体1上安装有风机2，在冷风机箱体1的上出风口12和下出风口13中间位置铰接有风量调节板3，冷风机箱体1上固定有螺杆座4，螺杆5插套在螺杆座4上且伸入冷风机箱体1中与风量调节板3铰接在一起，位于螺杆座4左右边的螺杆5实体上分别螺接有左调节螺母6和右调节螺母7。
所述风量调节板3通过活页铰接在冷风机箱体1的内壁上。
工作原理：它在上出风口12和下出风口13中间位置设置有风量调节板3，通过用扳手调节左调节螺母6和右调节螺母7的位置，从而可以调节风量调节板3的倾斜角度，达到调节上出风口12和下出风口13出风量的目的。

1.拉幅定型机用冷风机，包括冷风机箱体（1），在冷风机箱体（1）上设置有进风口（11）且进风口有风量调节装置、上出风口（12）和下出风口（13），冷风机箱体（1）上安装有风机（2），其特征在于：在冷风机箱体（1）的上出风口（12）和下出风口（13）中间位置铰接有风量调节板（3），冷风机箱体（1）上固定有螺杆座（4），螺杆（5）插套在螺杆座（4）上且伸入冷风机箱体（1）中与风量调节板（3）铰接在一起，位于螺杆座（4）左右边的螺杆（5）实体上分别螺接有左调节螺母（6）和右调节螺母（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉幅定型机用冷风机，其特征在于：风量调节板（3）通过活页铰接在冷风机箱体（1）的内壁上，进风口（11）处装有进风量调节装置。
